Great property with an excellent location near the beach, restaurants and downtown. We stayed during a warm period and would have liked air conditioning in the upstairs master bedroom, but otherwise a wonderful stay.

We were very pleased with this lovely property. An easy, pleasant neighborhood stroll to State Street and the Funk Zone, as well as the beach. A nice supply of beach equipment and towels were provided. The property is spacious and comfortable - had 2 king beds, a good grill, nice deck/patio. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santa Barbara.

This place is in an excellent location. We did not need a car at all We walked to stores bars and restaurants. We also walked to the beach. The unit was so nice and well kept. It seems they thought of everything you might need for your stay. I would highly recommend!

Perfect for a Girls Trip

Great location to be able to walk downtown or to the beach/marina. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Host was friendly and communicative. Perfect spot to stay for our girls trip to relax, explore town, and do some wine tastings. Would stay here again!

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay for my son's UCSB graduation. It was perfect. We loved the location and the upstairs deck. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend the experience with confidence.

Great house in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay in West Beach. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The upstairs master was enormous with a wonder outside sitting area. We could walk to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants close by. We would stay here again.

Great place for weekend with friends

Great place, centrally located and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes and appliances (including sharp knives!) you need to make family dinners. The management company is also very responsive should you need any assistance.

We didn’t go to any National Parks. The condo was clean and comfortable with a great location. Parking was conveniently on the property. We were able to walk to the pier and many restaurants. My only comment is the spiral staircase to get to the master suite was a little hard to navigate. But the suite itself was very nice. There also isn’t a dishwasher but for us it wasn’t big issue. The communication from the host was great.

Amazing Place!

This place is amazing! The pictures and posting don’t do it justice. It’s super spacious, and still comfortable, and each room is decorated beautifully. They have everything you need, and the communication was great! Plenty of room to spread out, you could easily have a large family or 3 couples stay here. Plus the beds are really comfy! The location is fantastic - a quick 5 minute walk to the water or to State street. We would absolutely stay here again! Look forward to our next visit :)
