Außergewöhnliche Gelegenheit, einen längeren Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlichen, ikonischen Anwesen im Herzen des begehrten Stadtteils West Beach zu verbringen. Dies ist eine legale Ferienwohnung in der Stadt Santa Barbara. Alle Buchungsanfragen erfordern einen unterzeichneten Mietvertrag und ein Formular zur Bestätigung. '' Casa Azzurra '' liegt weniger als 2 Blocks vom Strand, der State Street, der Funk Zone und dem Pier entfernt. Mit viel Tageslicht, zahlreichen Terrassen, Gewölbedecken, 2 privaten Master-Suiten und zusätzlichem 3. Schlafzimmer mit Bad strahlt dieses Haus die reiche und historische Architektur von Santa Barbara aus. Dieses 1904 errichtete Haus ist eine besondere ikonische Geschichte, die von vielen liebevoll im Laufe der Jahre gestaltet wurde.

Mit dieser unglaublichen Lage im Zentrum von allem, dem Strand, dem Hafen, Aktivitäten, Festivals, Restaurants, Bars, dem Bahnhof, der State Street, der Funk Zone (heißer neuer Favorit) und Cafés, die sich in alle Richtungen erstrecken, gibt es wirklich keine Sie brauchen ein Auto, wenn Sie hier bleiben.

"Casa Azzura" ist der perfekte Rückzugsort und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen angenehmen und luxuriösen Urlaub benötigen. Zieh deine Sandalen aus ... du musst nicht weiter suchen, dies ist der Ort, an dem du bleiben kannst!

Dieses Anwesen verfügt über 3 geräumige Terrassen und bietet unglaubliche Privatsphäre für jedes Schlafzimmer. Jedes Beachroom verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und bietet bequem Platz für 2 Gäste.

Alle Bettwäsche, Kochgeschirr und Vorräte werden unseren Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Packen Sie einfach Ihren Badeanzug und lassen Sie uns den Rest erledigen ... wir kümmern uns um Ihren Aufenthalt und hoffen, Sie bald als Gast zu haben!

Für Gäste, die mit Kleinkindern und Kleinkindern reisen, stellen wir ein tragbares Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl bereit. Ein kleiner Hund ist in diesem Haus ebenfalls willkommen, jedoch gibt es keinen Hof.

Great house, perfect for our group while attending our daughter's wedding. The bedroom upstairs was perfect for "getting ready" pics with bride. Very close to the SB courthouse as well as shops, beach, and restaurants. The reception dinner was held at State and Fig, which was also very convenient.

Incredible spot

I stayed here with a group of 6 girls for the weekend. The location could not have been more perfect right on the beach, 5 minutes to the Funk Zone, and 10 minutes to the heart of State St. The house was spacious and comfortable. The multiple porches & balconies were our favorite part as we enjoyed many meals and cups of coffee on them. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely family home close to everything

Just came back from a week stay at this lovely home in Santa Barbara. Great home - very large, tons of room. My two teenagers were able to get the quiet alone time they wanted and we had plenty of together space. Location is excellent - close to everything, we walked to every meal and the beach. Would happily stay again.

Perfect spot

Lovely, spacious house in perfect location. Well equipped, very comfortable, especially loved all the verandas off each room. The one minor drawback was the small bedroom with trundle bed with half bath would not have worked well for a couple.

Best Master Suite I've seen in a VRBO! Two other comfy BRs for adults, one with it's own loo but no shower and another with shower. Plenty of small patios and lovely indoor spaces with lots of windows for light.

Thank you Janice! Yes, very spacious and light and bright suite for sure. The patios at this historic property are very sweet and the property owners are always coming and upgrading things each time. Rainy in SB but optimal location

The home was spacious and comfortable. The rainy and chilly days prevented us from enjoying outside spaces.

Short stay

We had 4 people the first night and 3 the next. We all had a great time! Very clean! First floor bedroom was great for my 82 year old mom! Short walk to State street. Balconies were relaxing to sit on. We would stay again

Having one bedroom downstairs is a huge plus and rare in properties. The location allowing you to walk to the beach is so nice. The 1 car garage is great for easy access to the home and not having to worry about where you will park your car! We look forward to your next stay.
