Recently renovated apartment in an unbeatable location, right in the heart of Playa de las Americas. Just a 5-minute walk to the island's most beautiful beaches, this apartment offers convenient access to all kinds of services. Within the area, you'll find a supermarket (Dialprix, 2 minutes away), a shopping center (Siam Mall, 5 minutes away), as well as numerous bars, restaurants, and shops.

This lovely apartment is ideal for families, couples, and business trips. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has a nice bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an open-concept living room that integrates with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday. All this in a very quiet environment, with all the comforts so you can enjoy your stay without worries.
The living room has a 55" Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and access to the sunny terrace of the flat, where you can have a meal and relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the place.

Great apartment, great location

The apartment was just the right size for a couple, well equipped, clean, and in a fantastic location for getting around the local area. It is perfect for a couple or for a adults with a baby or toddler, easily accessed up just one flight of stairs although there is a lift if needed. If you hire a car, it is pretty easy to park, and there are loads of supermarkets and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. Oana was very communicative and went out of her way to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would advise on having the exact location of the apartment in your phone, (which Oana did provide) as it is not the easiest place to find by yourselves in the dark !
