Our stay was great! Perfect location to begin our journey around the island. Property was VERY clean and ready for us...so important! Photos are exactly what you get. Fantastic ocean view, can hear the waves all the way on the 8th floor. Our host was great from the moment we booked, he made everything easy.

This property is extremely clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The bed was super comfortable! It was nice to have beach chairs and a cooler available to use for a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Luquillo!!

Wanted a weekend getaway at the beach. Got a weekend getaway at the beach. The room was very clean. The view was fantastic. The building could use some updating, but everyone was nice. Plenty of yummy places to eat within walking distance.

We love playa azul!

As promised, our stay was relaxing with a beautiful view of the ocean. Access to clean pool and walking distance to various food and drink establishments. Carmen included everything needed and answered our questions along the way. Great place, great people and respectful neighbors. We hope to come back!

This condo is perfect for two. It has beautiful views. Nice patio to sit out in the morning and listen to the waves. Most relaxing vacation I’ve had. There was some Wi-Fi and elevators issues. Luckily my data started to work and the place was worth any minor issues

Lovely apartment in a quiet area that was conveniently located.

Loved the area and the fact that is was so close to so many fun activities. It was clean and had everything you needed. The one downfall was that the waves and rip current on the beach were so bad the entire time, so we had to go to nearby beaches to enjoy the water. Also, it may have been a coincidence, but there was a double homocide shooting directly in front of the property the second day we were there. The area felt and looked safe despite this occurrence!

Luquillo Stay

Overall the place was nice and it worked. Pro’s - The place was clean and was an excellent view of the water. The AC worked well and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Had all of of the things we needed like an iron, fridge, even a washer and dryer. Con’s - there was a cake left on the top shelf of the kitchen cabinets that had been there since March and made the place a little stinky. Having a washer and dryer was great except there was no laundry detergent to be found anywhere. Also the elevator was out a few times so we had to hike up and down eight flights of stairs. (This is the facilities fault) Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Wedding Anniversary Getaway!

Location Location Location!!!… Centrally located 30 minutes from the airport which is great, easy to get to tourist destinations like the Yunque rainforest ,Piñones, Fajardo, Hacienda Carabalí ( horse back riding) amongst other places. The apartment is exactly as the picture Oceanfront, definitely for couples or single person, I had minor issues but Carmen was quick to respond and help although I will suggest to change the pillows at least every 6 months, they were uncomfortable, the WiFi unfortunately was not good , very poor reception so get ready to use your data , when using the dryer keep the door close because it get really hot in the closet. The floor in the bathroom gets a little wet when showering and toilet paper gets a bit wet but is not a biggy, Other than that the building is very secure 24/7 security in the lobby and gate and plenty of parking, across the main street you have the supermarket and pharmacies and fast foot restaurants but Luquillo Kioskos is only less than 10 minutes from Condo, plenty of bakery and pastries for hot and delicious breakfast and authentic PuertoRican homemade food, This condo has everything you need so you can feel like hime, so yes I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Nice updated Studio

The unit was fully remodeled and we enjoyed our stay. As in all studio's the kitchen and bathroom were small but very workable. The bathroom shower has a rain showerhead and wand which was very nice, however a shower curtain is needed as when we used the rain showerhead the bathroom floor would flood and the toilet paper would get soaked. A dust pan is also needed to pick up any sand that comes in on the beach chairs. A bath mat would be helpful too so you don't have to use the towels on the floor. Over all a nice place, but the owner has to supply at least 2 sets of keys for the complex. This is not a problem if you and your partner do everything topgether. However my wife and I have different morning routines so if I go for a walk on the beach shes stuck in the condo. If she walks across the street for coffee I'm stuck in the condo. Carmen was very quick to take care of a couple minor maintenance, but said there was nothing she could do about the key issue because the association doesn't allow owners more than 1 set of keys. This was or 4th stay at different units at Playa Azul and we have always had at least 2 sets of keys. We have already rented a different unit in Building 2 for next year that has 2 sets of complex keys.

This is not my first time on the island my daughter lives on the island for 3 years. If you want to wake up in the morning watch the sun rise listen to Ocean and watch the waves come in. This is the place. It's very clean all the people here are extremely nice and it's very secure the rooms are clean organized all little details that you might want! There's a bunch of places to shop and eat. A grocery store across the street is well stocked with great produce. About 40 minutes from the airport if you go in the morning. My daughter brought her air mattress over one night so she could wake up in the morning and have coffee with me that's how nice it is. I have made a friend and he is in building one and he let me look out his view and I said next time I come. I'm in 1 of these units. That's why I picked this spot. Yes I will come back again. The AC works great you just turn it on and it gets cold Quick! Easy access in the building and into the unit.

Great location

Wonderful stay, and accommodations were satisfactory. I would recommend a touch up of paint. Walls are a bit dirty/marked up and toilet should be looked at. One has to jiggle the handle otherwise it runs continuously after flushing or at least it sounded like it. Kitchen well supplied if you wanted to cook although we ate out the entire time, lol. But it was a nice option. May want to move location of toilet paper holder because when someone is showering toilet paper gets wet. We realized it and would remove the roll when showering. Would come back for sure, my comments are just minor suggestions and would not prevent me from coming back.

the property is exactly how it looks in photos. the host provided us with so much important stuff like beach chairs, basketball, pool towels, washer and dryer so we wouldnt have to go back with any dirty clothes i was so appreciative of that. Book with this host the stay was amazing
