The view is amazing. The condo is nice, simple, and clean. Towels, toiletries, and beach accessories provided. I would recommend.Things to note: The neighborhood can be lively on the weekend. Weeknights were quiet. Some of the sports courts are a bit rundown. The pool was nice and clean.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was great! The location was perfect (close to everything) with a beautiful view of the ocean. Alfredo was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Puerto Rico! The oceanfront view was breathtaking—waking up to the beach and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing.The balcony was our favorite spot and truly felt like our dining room with a view. We enjoyed all our meals out there and loved that there were no mosquitoes, making it perfect from morning through evening.The condo was well-equipped with a washer, large refrigerator, one bathroom, and everything needed for the beach—chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and towels. There are two TVs, but we never used them—the views and balcony were all we needed to unwind.The living room has a fold-out couch and loveseat for kids, plus a separate bedroom for adults. The location is great—about 10–15 minutes from the rainforest, with a grocery store and fast food nearby.The beach closes at 7 p.m., and the waves are a bit strong but fun for boogie boarding. Alberto was very responsive and easy to reach. The property also felt secure with a guard and gated access.We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here!

I would definitely rebook this place. Property was in a secured safe gate community that had lots to offer to add to your visit & very friendly staff. Loved the views of the beach & hearing the waves crash just few away. Left with total island vibes thanks to this place.

I had an absolute wonderful stay at your condo! It was spotless and just as you described it with the most incredible views of the ocean. My only complaint was the lack of communication at the end of our stay. I messaged Alfredo a few times for some last minute questions for check out and I was completely ignored. Thankfully it wasn't a huge deal, but it very much gave a "I got your money now I'm done with you" vibe.

I will be back

Love the location and all the amenities! The view was a dream! I will definitely make this a year tradition! Kids were able to have their own space! We had movie nights as it comes with all the streaming channels! Only thing but I thought it was great as I loved the view but we kids i will suggest to have some curtain as the apartment is so beautiful and bright that at 5:20 am you will wake up! It worked out perfectly for us as we were able to do more with our time!

Luquillo stay

This property was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4 adults. The beach chairs were great to have along with the easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, however, the eating utensils were quite limited in number, with one per person. One set of keys was limiting for 4 adults who wanted to do different things at times, and another set of keys would have been helpful. The owner was very responsive to our communication when we had questions/needs. We enjoyed our stay and hope we can return.
