This condo was a nice clean quiet and comfortable place to get direct access to the beach. Osvaldo made it easy to check in and find the parking spot. There were restaurants in walking distance and the famous Luquillo kiosks were a short 5 min drive. El Yunque was a 10 min drive. We enjoyed the beach right out the back door and my daughter loved reading on the hammock!

Lovely location. Right on the beach which was not crowded at all. The building provides a good shade on the beach in the afternoon and so you can sit for hours without getting burnt. Safe and secure. Walkable eating options. Sufficiently equipped. The washer dryer was excellent. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Host was very responsive! Unit was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Property is gated-staff was so nice and accommodating even though there was a slight language barrier (my spanish was a little rusty). The beach below is more of a surfing beach, not really ideal for leisure swimming. The river was nice-you can kyak or tube in it. There is a cute plaza within walking distance that comes alive at night. Plenty of food choices, sometimes local vendors and live performances.

Nice stay at Luquillo condo

We had a great stay at the condo. The view of the beach below was amazing and the apartment was airy and comfortable for sleeping. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom was not cleaned well and the supplies in the kitchen were very sparse. I would come back again.

Beautiful Property

We absolutely loved the view and the condo was comfortable to stay in. We really appreciated being right on the edge of the rainforest but just a caution that the beach in front of the building always has a red flag because of how crazy the waves are. There are beaches within walking distance that have much safer swimming conditions. Overall it's a great place to stay and we would recommend it!

AMAZING! Only review you need to read!

We had a BLAST! We said countless times how the beach we were on was the best one we found! It was not necessary “swim” safe, but the river, water, sand and rainforest were stunning and it was never busy! Close by were so many options. Food, beaches, entertainment - all while feeling safe the whole time. We even made friends with the security guy who took his job very seriously and kept a very close eye on who was coming and going. 10/10 loved our stay! One tiny suggestion would be a few more pillows and blankets available for guest. :)

My first 2024 vacation

Had a great stay. The owner was extremely helpful and always answer my questions in a timely faction. The view from the condo was breathtaking. Wish there were a mop and an iron. But otherwise it had everything you needed. Everything was close by. Will definetly stay again in the near future.

Amazing Peaceful Vacation

The unit was just like the pictures and as advertised. The host provided great service and communication. The view from the balcony is incredible - as soon as you walk in and open the patio door there is a feeling or peace and happiness. The beds are comfortable and amenities all great. Location was amazing - great beach right outside the door, the downtown area a 1 min walk with lots of great restaurants and everything else you need. The famous Kiosks and Luquillo beach a 5 min drive away (or about 20 min walk). The local people from the condo and elsewhere in the Luquillo were very friendly and sincere - we loved the Puerto Rican people.. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Loved the view so much I slept in the hammock!

Amazing location in one of my favorite parts of Puerto Rico. The unit is very nice and updated and super clean. They have provided all of the amenities that you need to enjoy the beach. The property manager was very friendly and left clear check in directions. Everything went smoothly and I had no concerns. Nice bedding, sleeper sofa, washer dryer, good water pressure, furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Do watch your toes because there’s about an inch step up going into the bathroom and kitchen and we stubbed our toes a couple times but if you roll up a towel and put it there, you should have no worries. It is within walking distance to some phenomenal restaurants and the neighbors are very friendly. Walk along the river and the beach at the same time! Watch out for leaving things on the beach unattended though because we had some kids takeoff with our towels.

The View is breathtaking

The apartment itself is lovely! I took off one star because the building that the apartment is in is quite out-dated, and the most scariest part is, there are two elevators in the lobby and only one works (for the most part). The elevator on the right is the one that was able to take us up to the 14th floor where the apartment is. The reason I say for the most part, is because the digital numbers on that elevator are wrong, after it takes you to the 14th flr, it will say that you’re on flr 20 something. Basically, u have to pay attention to the floor number as the elevator doors open. The left elevator got stuck between some floors with no movement before it returned back to the lobby, basically getting us nowhere. There was no way for us to know that without us experiencing that first-hand. But overall, the beach access, and the pool access (without any lounge furniture) were OK. Leading into the property, you drive thru a neighborhood that is pretty run-down with some abandoned homes and graffiti. The esthetics on the outside are not so pleasant, but if you can get passed all that AND the elevator situation, and finally get into the apartment, you will be pleased. The only thing inside, is that the living room ceiling fan was not working at all. I communicated that to the owner, and he responded quickly to help us troubleshoot it. We ended up keeping the A/C units in the bedrooms on with the doors open to help cool the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay! I checked the ceiling fan and it worked! Apparently some of you changed the code (it has only 2 positions) in the remote. I just moved it and started moving. Both the guests before you and after you confirmed no issues with it. Regarding the city and neighborhood I acknowledge it is an old one but that does not diminish the wonderful and exclusive front view of beach, river and mountains you enjoyed! Thanks!

Stayed with family of 4. The ocean view and the hammock are incredible. Kids loved the river for swimming. The beach downstairs has surfing lessons and wild crashing waves. The rooms were clean and the kitchen stocked, and the balcony was beautiful. There were were many stray cats outside the building near the parking lot and the pool is not operational, despite the pictures on the listing. Osvaldo was very helpful via text and we didn’t miss the pool because the beach was perfect! We would come again despite the building’s quirks.
