It is open plan Living downstairs with a dining table, plenty of alternative seating at the kitchen bar area and a large couch with the main living area television.
The living area has direct access via large sliding doors to the pool deck where the private pool, dining area, loungers and outdoor chairs give our guests the flexibility to relax, eat or sit wherever they are most comfortable.

Optional pool heat is available for $40 plus tax per day with a minimum of $200 plus tax payable for pool heating.

Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 plus tax being the minimum payment (which includes up to 5 days at no extra charge). We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply. If pool heating is requested mid-stay an additional $40 pool heat activation or deactivation fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend the property and activate the system.

A barbecue grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use from a local rental partner and we can assist you with purchasing this. A grill is not included in the standard rental. Advance notice is required as late requests cannot be guaranteed to be fulfilled – we will always do our best!

Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer is a self-catering paradise. Upstairs there is even a
Large Washer and Dryer in the upstairs laundry room.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

Please note, we are not able to accommodate large groups of those under 25, guests with a local residential addresses or primary bookers under 25. This is to protect local noise ordinances, HOA rules and supports our strict no-party rule. The resort strictly prohibits parties and late-night noise.
