Amazing 5 Br/5 Villa with private spa pool 299

Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa in the Champions gate community. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Take a dip in the pool for some fun in the sun. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool/spa heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool/spa heat.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21.
Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.

Once you’ve explored the home, head over to the Oasis Club for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.

Wonderful stay

The house is exactly as pictured! It is very beautiful and well kept! The onsite amenities are also nice. We would definitely stay again. There’s plenty of room in the home as well as plenty to do to keep all ages entertained.

Clean spacious comfortable property

We had a great stay with family. Able to have plenty to f space with all the amenities of home. Was a little far from Disney property but not overwhelming. Convenient to restaurants and food store.

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Large house with lots of space for everyone and the pool was great! The champion gate area was a beautiful and relaxing estate, the villa was amazing with a very supportive hospitality management team, that made our two week stay very comfortable. We loved the house. The pool was great and it was comfortable. It was a nice neighborhood, but was ruined by other neighbors/renters making noise until 1-2 am. The noise kept us awake.

Beautiful Home

The home was immaculate and so beautifully decorated! It was the perfect set-up for our family of 5! With an open concept living room and kitchen and an additional loft, there was plenty of room to spend time together and then have personal space in the 5 bedrooms / bathrooms. We have already made plans to return in the future.

A month’s stay

We booked this villa for the entire month of February 2025. The unit was clean and comfortable. Some issues arose during our stay but were addressed quickly. The pool must have a leak, every three days we had to call for a fill. There were not enough hand towels for each bathroom and the knives were very dull. We enjoyed our stay and the grounds. A map of the Champions Gates facility would be helpful.

Family memories!!

We traveled to this house for my 60th birthday. My two daughters and their families met me there. We did Disney two days and had a hurricane for my birthday. It was great to celebrate 60 years at the happiest place on earth. Would recommend this house to anyone that needs to have plenty of room to do family things but also room to have your own time. My whole family gave this place to thumbs up from the smallest child to the oldest child!!

Family Get Together

Overall the house was what we expected, nice and clean. The play area and pool were very nice and the kids enjoyed it. The lighting in the two family areas was a little sparse. The kitchen was lacking a large skillet and also the small skillet was pretty beat up making it very difficult to prepare scrambled eggs. We enjoyed our stay.
