We had an amazing stay! Everything about this home was a 10/10 - clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great outdoor dining area which we used for all of our meals. The teenagers really enjoyed the games room and the movie room in the evenings. It was a great way to unwind at the end of the day!Highly recommend!

Florida Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation to escape the cold of winter and could not have had a better stay. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth it as we used it every day. The resort community pool was also worth the extra fee to switch things up. Plenty of grocery stores near by to get food to cook at home. All seven of us (two adults, five children) had a great time and cannot wait to go back!

Well appointed property

Very nice place. The pool was fantastic. Plenty large enough for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. Having the pool table, foosball and air hockey in the garage was bonus entertainment during our stay. Would stay at this property again.

Great family vacation house

The house was clean, in great condition, and the property manager was very friendly and responsive. The kids loved the pool, game room and the clubhouse. It took about 45 minutes to get to theme parks with traffic. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Didn’t want to leave!

We have rented quite a few homes when we vacation but this one takes the cake! It has so many extra little amenities that were really helpful. The beds were really comfortable too! Communication was easy. Highly recommend!

In our home we had 3 generations! It was a quiet neighborhood. But close to experiences if desired. The home had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The games room had all of the amenities as listed. And it was all spotlessly clean.

Family vacation

We had spent 7 days at this beautiful home with family. We spent most of our time just enjoying the pool and games area, and relaxing. Everything you need is in this home, We had done Disney the week before, so this week was all about rest and what a great place. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool & playing pool. This was our second visit to this home, and would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great vacation

Our house was awesome! Exactly what we needed for our family of five adults and five children. When we weren’t out and about the kids enjoyed the pool and the games room. Went to the community pool and the only negative was the water is sooo cold!

Amazing

This home was the best and well taken care of. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The weather wasn't so good, but this home made up for it. The kids loved the game room and the movie area upstairs. The pool area at the home and in the community was awesome. It was close to all the shopping areas and Disney. Whenever we return to Florida, this place will be our first choice.

Outstanding! Very clean! First class

Was very impressed by the cleanliness and the overall integrity of the property. Owner communicated very well. Great for multiple families and/or friends. This house was in great condition. Fantastic attention to detail.

Perfect

Although all attractions were closed we were perfectly happy to spend all of our time at this wonderful house. We ate every meal on the beautiful deck. The pool was used nonstop. We hope to return when the world is back to normal.

Disney Vacation

The house was amazing, just as described. Sunrise over the pool made for nice evenings by the pool. Nice to spend down days by the pool. First house that I rented that had everything. Pam was super easy to work with and got a email within hours of check in to make sure we were ok. Location is great and I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Pam for making our family vacation one to remember.

Lovely home

Fantastic home, area and it has all the accessories you need. We rented the property for 8 nights and used it as a base for the parks. Very relaxing to come back to the residence with the pool after exhausting days in the parks. There is a lot of traffic in and out of the area in the afternoon and in the evening, so there is a queue of cars entering the area, but we were there in mid-July so it is probably due to the high season.

Lovely house with a fantastic location

We stayed for 8 days. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is fantastic for Disneyland, Universal etc and the street is nice and quiet. The air con was a god send as we were in 100 degree heat on some days and the house was always wonderfully cool and refreshing. The beds were all extremely comfortable and my husband in particular is always fussy about the comfort of the bed. Kitchen has literally everything you could need- all thought out! Thank you for such a great stay! Save your time-d on't hesitate to book- you needn't look any further.

I live in England and have 2 teenage children. We love travelling and purchased this property when it was brand new as our vacation home.

Our children just love Disney and Universal and this home is ideally situated close to all the theme parks. It's situated in a brand new gated community, so it's safe and secure, and has access to a fantastic clubhouse with fitness centre, resort swimming pool, water-slide and children's play area. The property is also located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac/turning circle and since the back of the property is south facing and overlooking a conservation area, we think it's one of the best plots in the resort area.

The villa has a large extended pool deck, overlooking a pond area, with private pool, jacuzzi spa and large garden (which has the sun on it all day), overlooking a conservation area with lots of interesting wild-life. We have converted the garage into an extensive games room. We've also included large web enabled Smart TVs, and free WiFi. Having studied interior design, the villa is furnished to a very high standard, with lots of contemporary and luxurious furnishings, and we have taken pride in making this home both visually appealing, but also extremely comfortable for all to enjoy. As well as the obvious theme parks, there are wonderful golf courses close by and the villa has easy access to I-4, with quick links to the airport, East, West and Southern coasts.
