You'll also be near several other world-renowned beaches, lush parks, and unique destinations like the fun, seaside town of Puerto Nuevo aka 'the Legendary Lobster Village!'

Inside your single-level villa, you'll find a beautifully decorated open floor plan that opens onto a sunny patio. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating. An adjacent dining table also stands ready for meals or family game nights. The inviting living room offers a fantastic spot to unwind and create everlasting memories as you watch favorite movies and shows on the smart TV with streaming services. Indulge in an alfresco experience right outside or head up to your rooftop patio to soak up the abundant sunshine and take in the amazing view.

Things to Know
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. We cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.

You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
