We had a great stay at Holiday House. The condo was clean and spacious with easy access to the beach. Even when we had a minor issue with a smoke detector, the management company was very prompt in correcting the problem. I would highly recommend.

The space was much larger than we expected. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs were provided. I would have preferred communication through the VRBO app rather than through the host's website which just added extra steps and was harder to track. But other than that, everything was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

Easy access to this rental vacation home. Right around the corner from the beach access. House has been updated in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Beach towels and chairs were available if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definately come back.

Excellent Beach House

Wonderful property for a beach vacation. Quiet for downtime with your family. Very close to the action. Can’t say enough about the location. Accommodations were comfortable and the porch was perfect for cocktails and chill time. Highly recommend.

Siesta Holiday House - Steps Away from a Slice of Paradise

Steps away from a beautiful, calm, and relaxing beach. First impression of curb appeal doesn't do interior justice. A slight revamp would go a long way. Check in = awesome with key pad door. Good amenities: heated pool, washer/dryer, recycling, enclosed balcony, beach gear, etc. Con: Ant problem in the kitchen but nothing a little bug spray couldn't handle. Overall, great property - highly recommend.

My family and I especially enjoyed the quick beach access, extra beach chairs/toys, outside rinse-off station, comfy screened-in patio, and the peacefulness of the location. There were many restaurants and bars in the area to choose from for dinner each night. However, the night we stayed in and grilled was fun as well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in many rental properties, and this one was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The condo itself is updated, with beautiful furnishings and newer appliances. If it were our own home, we wouldn't change a thing, well, except to add more TOYS but that's a minor thing. This place exceeded our expectations of rental condos, and was perfect for our family of 4 (children ages 4 and 7). Location is perfect and an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the easier puzzles, a great family break from the beach and pool. All beach and pool toys were readily available, and we enjoyed the convenience of not having to buy them. Also, the price is far better than area rentals. We'll return someday!

Beautifully appointed bungalow steps from the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Totally enjoyed this much needed getaway with my sister. Only steps away from the expansive and spectacular Siesta Key beach, the location enabled us to enjoy it several times a day, including a midnite stroll under a full moon.The kitchen and bathrooms are brand new and very well equipped with everything you could need and more, including an assortment of kitchen and grilling utensils, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and pool floats. Our elderly mother came over to swim with us in the private pool with plenty of seating and two full size gas grills. She is very thin and chills very easily, so the screened balcony came in handy for a delightful lunch warming her right up. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Richard who was on the premises a couple of time doing a great job with upkeep. I look forward to staying at Holiday House 3 again. It was very comfortable and lovely. Even he cleaning staff was cheerful and accommodating!
