Diese Wohnung hat wirklich alles für den perfekten Urlaub, ob Sie ein Paar, eine Gruppe von Freunden oder eine Familie sind. Als eine Eckeinheit ist dies eines der größeren 2/2 Apartments im Palm Bay Club. Es befindet sich auf der Strandseite (West) der Unterkunft.

Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel mit einem großen Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem 48-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einem unglaublich komfortablen Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf Terrassentüren zum Balkon und einem eigenen Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei volle Betten mit einem 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und ein Badezimmer direkt vor dem Haus. Es gibt eine riesige Menge an Speicherplatz, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts frei und organisiert sind.

Korkenzieher zu Angeln und alles dazwischen ist mit einem Fernseher in jedem Zimmer und WLAN im ganzen Haus ausgestattet.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer - alles, was Sie zur Selbstversorgung benötigen - ob Cocktail auf dem Balkon oder ein Gourmet-Fest mit 7 Gängen!

We enjoyed our spring break stay. Plenty of space for a family of 4. We cooked all breakfasts & lunches in & even a few dinners. We enjoyed the screened in porch especially when the kids had friends over. No complaints from our family except kids getting asked to leave the beach earlier than what was written on the paper (no fault of Palm Bay Club)

We were so pleased with our stay at the Palm Bay Club! The property was beautiful and well maintained. The condo itself was very well decorated and perfect for our group. The kitchen had every type gadget you would ever need for cooking in. We enjoyed the screened in porch for our morning coffee and evening night caps. The beach attendants were very friendly and helpful and kept the beach looking beautiful for all the guests. We checked in later and the security guard on site made our entry a breeze. Very friendly!!! We would totally come back and visit and recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Fantastic Stay!

This property was great. Very clean. Had all appliances that were needed for cooking, etc. Short walk to the beach and the pool. In a great location. Overall, our stay was great and I will be looking to book this property again!

Amazing!

Will be back fro sure! Only bad thing was the red tide which had nothing to do with the property. This condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, great location! The beach ( aside from red tide) was clean, security was so kind, we will for sure be back again!

Close to Beach

So nice and close to the beach. Everything was wonderful and better than I expected. The management was super accommodating as well with regards to our baby equipment rentals from a private company as it was all waiting for us in our room when we arrived as well as with renting the beach umbrellas. Perfect!

My family just returned from a stay in this condo in the Palm Bay Club and it was lovely! The owner was very responsive and even emailed me with several suggestions of things to do during our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised/pictured and it was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. The staff and other guests/owners at the Palm Bay Club were super friendly and the pools and beach were awesome. I’d go again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place for a beach getaway

This condo is part of a clean, well maintained, well managed complex in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo unit was perfect for our needs. The only disappointment was the view from the screened porch which involved a lot of rooftops! The unit was very clean and newly remodeled with new furniture. Other than the kitchen cabinet finish needing some work, the unit is very nice and accurately advertised. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It must be read, signed, and sent back before any money is drawn from one's account. We allow one car per unit so everyone who is checking in may also park on property and have access to their unit. Family reunion

Great Place AC did rattle

Great complex, nice condo, beach is fabulous. It would get 5 stars except the AC on top of the building sounds like a car boom box at times in the complex. We reported and an AC guy showed up to look at it, but it still rumbled on. Only flaw in this great place.

Perfect vacation

We stayed in this unit and would HIGHLY recommend this place. The owner was quick to respond and excellent to deal with. He even made sure that there was a rocker recliner in unit prior to our arrival for one in our party who is unable to sleep in a bed. Unit was beautifully furnished and super clean. There were beach toys, umbrella, etc in unit. Super close location to both the beach and the pool. This unit is located on gulf side. We did spend time over on the bayside as well as hubby enjoyed fishing off the pier there. All in all, perfect!

The location was awesome and having our own private beach with beach chairs provided for us, was an added bonus that I was extremely grateful for. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away from the winter blues.
