We owned a home at Windsor Hills until 2015. My goal maintaining my home was that the photos represented the condition. This house met that expectation and is very well maintained. Everything was there as represented and functioned as expected. If you rent homes often you know this is not a given. Communication was great and even my mid-stay pool heat request was handled promptly. The value for our late October stay was though the roof!

Windsor Hills stay

Our stay at this property was good. The home could use some updates but was in good condition. We appreciated the cleanliness and amenities. The gated neighborhood is great and the proximity to the Disney parks is fantastic. We found that traffic was challenging from about 4 to 6 each day, but simply avoiding coming and going during those times worked for us. We did not use the pool but it appeared to be in great shape. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great place

The house was awesome for our family and close proximity to Disney and seaworld. It was nice to be able to come home after a long day at the parks and let the kids play in the private pool. All the amenities of home. Neighborhood was very quite and had a very nice park we spent time at. Kids loved trying to catch the lizards!

Nice house

House was beautiful, but rugs had so many dog urine stains, in every room. Lady who came to take pictures, said she had already taken pictures of the same stains and this was not taken care of. Rug in bathroom was so bad the smell, we had to take it out and not use it, seems like it was so wet so many times, had a moldy smell. Shame because the house is great. The neighborhood was great. The pool was great. The BBQ could not be used. Very dirty. And the screen by the pool outside was sliced, so we had to put a chair to cover, if not, our dog would have ran out. But our stay was great. The rugs were never cleaned but other than that, the house was great. Central air was fixed right away at least. Great home

Love the resort

The kids had a blast at the pool. The house was not very clean and there was dog hair all over (even though we had no dog) Fixtures were falling off the walls. House definitely needs alittle tcl but other than we had a great week.

Very nice house for a vacay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this beautiful home. We love Windsor Hills and our dogs had a blast. We love how they even have a small dog park where my golden doodles could have a place to run! Kids loved the movie theater and waterpark! Ate many times at the pool food store! Great Burgers and grilled cheese made my kids happy and avoided the big crowds out in town on President's Day week. However, don't miss Sunset Walk shopping and restaurants! We ate a delicious meal at YEOMANS'S and hit the candy store after. Go when it's dark because this place really lights up! The pool was colder than expected with us paying for heat. However, this was corrected. If the pool isn't really warm be sure to call. In February a tree shades the pool in the morning time but around noon it shines on the pool. I'm sure in the summer this is great since the afternoon is full sun! Overall this was a great house for our needs and it was nice not having any rear neighbors and watching the sunsets. If you are looking for a nice place for your family and dogs to vacay, this is the place!

We had a great experience at the property and would definitely stay there again. The only issue that we had was the property (different neighborhood) had a band on two different nights. One night wasn’t too loud but on Thursday it was particularly loud and the band played to 11pm and kept one of my kids up until they ended. Other than that one issue on really one night all was great.

Needs deep clean and updating

We spent 2 weeks at this property in Jan. Overall, it was fine. Our opinion was that it was set up years ago and not much done since then to keep it up. I inquired in advance about some complaints previous guests had made regarding the dated patio furniture, technology and game room items. They said all were addressed; however other than a nice dining set, the patio had 2 older lounge chairs (a bit rusty) and 2 of those trifold plastic loungers. The game room was essentially worthless - air hockey & pop-a-shot didn't work and pool table on a slant so all the balls rolled to the side. One of the Global Resorts people I spoke to actually said, "Well, it's not like you paid extra for the game room" when I called for the 3rd time about the air hockey. Extra? No. But a substantial amount and what's advertised should have worked, especially when I asked in advance if the item was fixed per a prior complaint. The TV in the family room was updated to one with smart features, but the bedrooms all had tiny tvs and DVD players. This seems silly in this day when smart TVs are so cheap. Who uses DVDs? As for cleanliness, the tile floor needed some serious mop work and truthfully, the carpeted floors in the bedrooms were not great, some just straight up filthy. The couch in the fam room, while it looks nice in the pic, was by far the most UNCOMFORTABLE ever, which was a bummer for family movie nights. The heated pool was a nice size and hot tub heated up quickly, although needed a scrubbing. We asked the pool guy about the black around the brick and on 2 different occasions were told the cleaning stuff "was on order." Some of the items reported to Global Resorts were not addressed at all, such as the issue with the front door. The door threshold was insufficient to the point where you could see light, like 1/2 an inch. This was reported by a previous guest, not addressed and not addressed while we were there. I called it in about 1/2 way through our 2 week stay, but it was not addressed. Overall, I would say it was fine, but not worth what we paid. It just seems that no one is really paying attention. I imagine it rents out well b/c the pictures are nice and its proximity to Disney, so perhaps they don't need to pay much attention to upkeep. I would not return to this property.

The property was exactly as described and we had a great time. We did have an issue with ants and contacted property management and they brought us ant spray and had the exterminators come so they were very responsive. Overall, nice place nice pool and would definitely rent again.

This home was perfect for our last minute Disney Family Trip . Plenty of room and bathrooms, we loved hitting the parks in the am and coming back to jump into the pool or play games in the garage .

Great location and community, but...

This location was great and the layout of the home was very convenient. A bathroom for each bedroom was the best! All appliances worked well, including a/c. The problem was that the front door bottom threshold is rotted away enough that you can see daylight under the door. I literally watched a frog walk under the door and hop on its way without squeezing under. Also, tiny bugs all over the counters and dresser drawer tops. Jacuzzi jets did not work and pool loungers need updating. Electric cooktop had huge crack across it. And the bedroom tv's should definitely get an update. Otherwise, just these small repairs and updates would make this home one to stay in anytime we visit the Sunshine State!

Great location

The home came with everything we needed and then some , it accommodated my large family perfectly. The property management allowed us to check in early and were available to help when needed. I had a lot of trouble at the gate throughout my stay but my last couple days finally came together. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

Suited 2 young families perfectly!

We stayed for 2 weeks and were quite happy with the house. We didn't have any serious issues that needed to be addressed while we were there so I didn't have to contact anyone during our stay (closet door being off the track, etc). Any communication before arriving was quick and helpful. We loved the backyard and spent most of our time there. Pool heat was worth every penny. The only thing I can say was that the games in the garage were in poor shape (basketball didn't work, air hockey had less than 1/2 of the holes that had air coming out of them). It didn't bother us at all as we weren't even planning on using them but good to know if you were.

Great overall property, lots of fun amenities location is close to everything you need and Disney. We had plenty of room and loved that all rooms had access to their own washroom.

Just what my family needed.

We rented this property for our 7 day Disney vacation, and loved every minute of it. The house is spacious and clean, enough sleeping space for everyone. The pool and Spa was well used after all day at the park. The kids loved that play room. We rented a BBQ, but only had time to BBQ once. Problems were immediately dealth with and the fact that each bedroom has it's own bathroom was a major point. I would defenitely stay again.
