Dank der offenen, gut ausgestatteten Küche, des Ess- und Wohnbereichs können Sie nahtlos kochen, plaudern und den 55-Zoll-HD-Fernseher beobachten. Die elegante Küche mit Granit-Theke und Frühstücksbar ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was Sie zum Frühstück oder Gourmetessen benötigen.

Ein bequemer Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen und die Frühstücksbar bietet Platz für 3 Personen.

Direkt hinter dem Wohnbereich befindet sich eine wunderschön eingerichtete, übergroße Veranda mit Blick auf den See, die zusätzliche Loungebereiche bietet, um sich nach einem langen Tag in den Themenparks bei einem kalten Getränk zu entspannen.

Die elegante Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit weichen Matratzen, hochwertige Bettwäsche und einen 37-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Es gibt ein großes, umgebautes Bad mit großer begehbarer Dusche, Doppelwaschtisch, übergroßer Badewanne und abgeschirmter Toilette.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad.

Die gemütliche Höhle bietet einen weiteren separaten Bereich und 2 der süßesten ausziehbaren Schlafsofas - teils gefederte, teils Luftmatratze für komfortable zusätzliche Gäste.

Perfect place for Universal and Convention Center

My family visited Orlando for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. It was well located, though I wouldn't say a walk to the convention center unless you have 30 minutes and an umbrella for shade. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We weren't able to do a lot of tourist stuff due to the tournament so the pool was our go to at the end of the day and the kids (and parents) loved it. I did take my younger one to Universal and Islands of Adventure one day and it was a short and inexpensive Lyft ride.

Beautiful home

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and felt like home. The location at the property was great, steps away from pool and clubhouse area. I would definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

This was exactly as advertised. Very comfy and amenities were outstanding. Close to Disney and shops (i.e., grocery stores). Perfect vacation spot! Highly recommended to those thinking of visiting Disney or the Orlando area, especially those with families.

Beautiful condo near everything. Comfortable beds, gorgeous water view. Neighbors upstairs were noisy but nothing you can do. Would stay again!

Comfortable, Clean and Accessible

This is our second year staying in the Wilson's condo and it worked out to be just as enjoyable as the first. The condo is well-appointed, clean and in a very accessible location. Vicky has been very generous to us with respect to arrival and/or departure times. We are hoping to return again next February.

Gorgeous Condo

We recently traveled to Orlando for a family vacation and this condo was the perfect place to stay! It looks exactly like the photos...it is gorgeous and clean! We have two teenage sons and they loved walking to Publix every day for doughnuts or playing hoops on the sport court a short walk away! The condo was equipped with everything you may need and had the most pillows to choose from! We loved walking/running around the lake, sitting on the patio with our coffee in the morning and relaxing by the pool which is very close to the condo! We didn't want to come home! Great condo and value

Condo was conveniently located to everything Disney/Universal and outlet malls (10-15 min drive). Very spacious and nicely furnished; very clean. Plenty of towels and all needed appliances/dishes in kitchen; premium washer/dryer. View of lake from back patio and right next to pool/club house. Walgreens on within walking distance (1 block). Subway (sand. shop), yogurt place, liquor store, and Publix grocery store within 3 blocks. Gated community with good parking. Keyless entry (note: make sure entry code is on your confirmation email). No ceiling fans, but had 3 box fans for use. Worth mentioning again that the unit is very spacious; you won't be cramped even if you have a large 6-8 group. The owner was prompt in replying to calls/emails, and was very friendly and helpful. Did not interact with proerty management at all, and did not utilize gym, so no comments for that. Would definitely return!!

Great accommodations

We were thrilled with our accommodations. The condo was nicely decorated, the furnishings were comfortable with plenty of seating for a large family and the location was convenient to all the parks, especially close to Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Plenty of parking near the unit. We didn’t have difficulty finding a space any time of day or night. Also, it’s secure since you need a code for the security gate to get into the resort. Check-in was especially easy. They emailed the code for the gate and another one for the condo to us. We went directly to the condo and let ourselves in. That was really nice. The condo was in great condition and stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of linens and extra bath and pool towels. (This condo was really close to the pool, but not close enough to hear any extra noise from it.) The kitchen was well stocked with tons of extra cups, plates, silverware and cookware. They leave a small but nice starter kit (toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, hand soaps) for you, but there’s also a Publix (Florida’s best grocery store) and a Walgreens (pharmacy) nearby. Check the closets when you arrive before you head out to buy anything for your stay. They had some pool toys in the laundry room. And the guest bedroom had several floor fans, which we used for the white noise, but the AC worked great. They even had a small ladder to help you reach anything on top shelves. We didn’t need it, but nice that they thought of it. Also, we found all the appliances (dishwasher, washer and dryer) worked well. One small thing was the master shower head made for abnormally low water pressure. We didn’t have a similar problem in the other bathroom or the master bathtub. We had no problems, so we didn’t need to contact the owner, but the included manual gave clear instructions. We were so happy we would stay here again, and we would also look for other properties they operate in other locations.

Perfect layout and location

This was our second stay at Vista Cay. It’s incredible. This property is decorated beautifully, and so comfortable with the choice of furniture, from couches to the beds. I love the ground level access, as well as the balcony view of the lake. The walking trail is so lovely to take in the views and get exercise. The area is very safe and inviting. The place is also just next door to the pool, which is so convenient. The property manager was kind and always helpful and available. There is a Walgreens less than a block away and a gas station and Chick-fil-A just across the street! Highly recommend the property and would absolutely stay again.
