Walk inside and you will be surrounded by tasteful, coastal touches where every room is designed for comfortable, low country-style living. From the well-stocked kitchen to comfy bedding, this villa will charm you from start to finish. Entering the villa, you are immediately welcomed by expansive windows that frame the lush area surroundings. This residence boasts an open-concept layout with vaulted wood ceilings and a wrap-around private deck (with gas grill), beckoning you to settle in and relax, island style.

The updated living room is well appointed with comfortable seating for four, designed with low country touches including a floating chair perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or movies. Dine inside or out, your choice, as both are easily accommodated with outside seating on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything needed to cook a special seafood feast after a day at the beach, or just a quick bite between beach times. The cozy bedroom offers a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping is available via the sleeper sofa in the living room. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Night Heron guests enjoy a private community pool located just down the walkway. Property has its own wrap-around deck with nature views — a delightful spot for relaxation after a day at the beach or a round of world-class golf. Relaxation overload !!

The beach is just a quick 5-minute stroll from the house. Beach gear (wagon and chairs) are provided. Just remember to bring your flip flops!
