Top Notch Condo - nur wenige Minuten vom Strand

Unsere Ozean Rückzug ist in der Gated Community, The Moorings, in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Es ist Unit 19. Die 2-Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer-Bad-Einheit wunderschön renoviert wurde und wird persönlich von unseren Mitarbeitern befindet sich auf der Insel gehalten.

Die Einheit ist 1.260 Quadratmetern und bietet ausreichend Platz für Familien oder mehrere Paare. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein 50 "Plasma Flachbildfernseher mit einem Bose Surround Sound Stereo / DVD-System. Der Raum ist ideal für das große Spiel zu beobachten, Ihren Lieblingsfilm oder genießen Cocktailstunde mit Musik. Das Familienzimmer umfasst auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Bad, und ein 36 "Flat Screen TV und einen Blu-Ray-DVD-Player. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Full-Size-Betten, eine Badewanne und einen 42 "Flachbild-TV und einen Blu-Ray-DVD-Player. Das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer alle Zugang zu zwei Holzdecks sorgen für die natürliche Schönheit der Gegend nehmen. Ein drittes Bad (mit Dusche) ist aus dem Flur. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über eine brandneue Edelstahl-Herd und eine Mikrowelle. Das Gerät hat auch eine eigene neue Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Neben dem Gerät ist die Liegeplätze Privatpool. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Chip von der Front-Tür geschossen. Die Nähe des Strandes ermöglicht viele Back-n-her Reisen und bedeutet, dass Sie müssen nicht Ihr Auto fahren und entladen (oder Ihren Wagen parken). Das Hotel liegt am Strand Eingang ist das Dunes Haus, das saubere Toiletten bietet, sowie eine saisonal betriebene Bar and Grill (wir empfehlen den Fisch Tacos, Garnelen und kaltes Bier).

Auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Haustür ist der Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, der von Robert Trent Jones Golfplatz, The General Store (Lebensmittel, Take-out, Strandartikel und mehr), Alexanders Restaurant und Fahrrad, Kajak / Kanuverleih. Das Gerät ist neben dem Marriott Beach Resort und Spa, die 2 Restaurants, Bars, Kinderlager, Wellnessangebote und sogar Starbucks Coffee.

Palmetto Dunes ist berühmt für seine drei Weltklasse-Golfplätze, darunter George Fazio, Arthur Hills, und Robert Trent Jones, und verfügt auch über Meilen von wunderschön gestalteten Fahrrad / Wanderwege (und sogar einen Tunnel unter Rte. 278 bis Shelter Cove Marina, einem Wasser Sammlung von Restaurants, Geschäften, Unterhaltung und Boot / Angeln Charter Verleih). Palmetto Dunes bietet auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zum Shetler Cove und andere Orte auf der Insel.

Great get away!

This place has an ideal location near the ocean, pickleball, golf, bike riding and a couple places to eat. The condo has a nice layout with beds, bathrooms and porch spaces on each side with shared common area. We planned to take our dog but at last minute decided against bringing her and the owner was very understanding and returned pet money. Check in/out was simple. Love the Palmetto Dunes area!

Great location!

Our family of four (plus dog) stayed here during the holidays. The location can’t be beat, especially since it’s a 2-minute walk to the beach. The place itself is a bit dated, but we found it to be very comfortable and cozy. The owner was super responsive when we needed a second parking pass at check-in time.

We had a nice stay in the Moorings 19. We had a couple of issues upon checking in but after reaching out they were corrected right away. The location of the property is great and the manager was easy to work with.

Great beach stay!

We visited with our teenage sons and dog, the proximity to the beach could not be beat. We enjoyed staying in Palmetto Dunes and the amenities the resort provides. The condo allowed for good separation between our kids and us, very spacious layout. The unit served our needs well!

Great Location

Working with Mike was easy, including check-in and overall communication. Furniture is comfortable and the TV in the living room is a very nice upgrade. Everything is functional and very clean. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog who loves the beach and is a Hilton Head veteran at this point.

Quick Christmas getaway

This condo checked all of the boxes for a last-minute (we booked 3 days before) Christmas getaway! Comfortable and roomy for us, our pup, and our two teen boys; and short walking distance to the ocean where we walked a couple of times a day on the dog-friendly beach. The description and photos are accurate of the condo. Yes, it could use some updating, but I did not mind the older bathrooms and counters for the price we paid. During warmer weather, I would have loved to take advantage of the adjacency to the pool as well, but unheated in the winter and left me wishing for a hot tub in the complex instead! The owner was responsive to our questions. I just feel bad that it was obvious that others had disrespected the owner/property in the past based what we saw that was damaged -like the wooden blinds and the poor coaster set in the living room -- or no longer offered -- like the beach chairs or bikes. The only thing I couldn't find in the kitchen to meet our needs was cookie sheets, but all else was fine and checkout a breeze! The pup loved the deer and squirrels that we saw daily near the condo as well and walking distance to the general store, beach rental place, and pickleball/tennis courts.

Spectacular location

This was a perfect holiday, Hilton Head is a wonderful location and our condo was literally 4 minutes walk from the beach. I have never experienced sea water this warm, it is absolutely gorgeous. We also had the bonus of a pool literally yards from the condo which again was so warm. I must stress how well appointed the condo was, very nice furnishings and hugely comfortable beds. I have to mention how nice other guests in the condos were, such a friendly group from all over the US.I cannot recommend Hilton Head and particularly our condo highly enough.

Better than advertised

I would say this is one of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed at on vacation. The place has been updated since the listing photos were taken. There is some extra seating in the living room and the furniture is very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. Water pressure in the showers was also excellent. The 3rd bathroom is also a huge plus! Mike is an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. If you are the type of person that wheels a lot of stuff to the beach, I would recommend leaving the beach stuff in your vehicle and getting a parking spot right by the ramp in the morning and loading and unloading there as the pavement from the condo to the beach is a little rough. Dog friendly beach retreat

We had a great stay. Appliances have been updated. Had everything we needed ad expect out of a beach rental. The pool is right outside. Kids loved it. Plenty of other dogs around and you can’t beat being a two minute walk to the sand. Owner is super responsive. Thanks Michael!

Great stay on Hilton Head Island.

Wonderful stay ! The pictures do not do the place justice. The proximity of the property to the beach can't be beat. (Only 300 steps from door to sand) We were so grateful that Michael allows pets as we were able to take our senior dog "Annie" with us. We highly recommend this property. Plan on returning.

Just an fyi I have never given a negative review but I can’t help this! This unit at the Moorings in Palmetto Dunes needs a total facelift! It still looks like when it was built in 1977! Absolutely disgusting finishes ! Bathrooms are terrible down to even an old dingy shower curtain! Floor Tile is cracked and countertops are dinged up ! Toilets are as old as the hills and don’t flush very well ! Kitchen is original everything and cooktop takes forever to get up to temp Sliding doors and screens don’t work properly etc etc! That’s all I have time to write as I could go on

Great location. Condo is well set up, everything worked. Kitchen was well equipped. Great TV in living room. Mike, the owner was responsive and easy to work with. Beds were comfortable. It was a bit of a tired unit in that the woodwork needed sanding and painting, and bathrooms could use some renovating We had a great time, so happy to be able to bring a dog. Thanks Mike

The location was excellent. We didn’t realize how many steps existed—an issue for a daughter with cerebral palsy. The owner was prompt in fixing a plumbing issue; and he said he would speak to the cleaning team about their performance.

Great location, very short walking distance to the beach.

My friends and I rented this condo in October, there were 5 of us. We had plenty of beds and having 3 bathrooms was a big plus!! This area of these condos is very clean and quiet...no loud noise going on. We had everything we needed to cook with, a coffee pot, washer and dryer . There are 2 decks that you can go out and sit .The inside was very clean with plenty of room.The beach is a very short walking distance from the condo. Mike has the description listed of this exactly the way it is and he was available to call anytime if you needed anything. I would definitely rent this again!
