You enter this home and are greeted with an airy open main floor with large well equipped modern kitcehn with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and large island with seating to enjoy breakfast. The open concept floor plan with open dining area and spacious living room with Large Flat screen smart TV, look out the large patio doors to the covered lanai with dining table and seating and looks out to the screened in inviting pool with spill over spa. The pool deck has sun loungers to soak up the Florida Sunny days.

You will find the primary master king suite on the main floor with large ensuite bath with soaker tub and walk in shower. There is also a door out to the patio and pool area from this master bath.

The Games Room will provide hours of fun and you may never want to leave. This amazing gamers paradise comes complete with 2 multi arcade games, 2 Fast and Furious sit down driving arcade games, Air hockey Table, Skiball roll and Score and Basketball arcade game. Your sure to lose track of time with unlimited fun in here.

Head upstairs and you are greeted with another living/family room area with more comfortable seating and another Large screen Smart TV.
Up here you will find 5 more spacious bedrooms. There are 2 more King bedrooms, a room with 2 full size beds and 2 amazing kids themed custom built bunk bed rooms.

We even have an EV charger for those with an electric vehicle. Just bring your own plug.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool/spa heat to your reservation. If you would like the Spillover spa heated then you do require to add Pool Heat.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.
