The only suggestion I have is for someone to come in and address some of the minor aesthetic details of the house. For example, bathroom doorknob (in between Frozen room and Star Wars room) was extremely lose/broken, the lounge chairs in the theater room were patched together with tape, bed posts were broken or missing in the Frozen room, bunches of markings on the wall-- those types of things. But nothing that hindered a pleasant stay.The beds were incredibly comfortable (everyone agreed). The house was very clean. The communication with property management was superb. And most importantly, the house was super kid-friendly! Thank you for that.

I was overall really disappointed with the home and how it was kept up. Curtain rods half hanging off the wall. Tripped breakers so the kitchen wasn't ready for guests. The oven was barely plugged in, glad it didn't create a fire. Doors missing weather stripping. A/c didnt cool 1 master room. Quick response from customer service, but overall wouldnt't recommend for the money.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! Everything was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, just like in the photos. The only small inconvenience was that the location details in the listing weren’t entirely clear. I initially thought the house was closer to the clubhouse, but once I raised the point with the owners, they responded immediately and kindly explained that there are free shuttles that take you to the clubhouse — a fantastic service.The kids had a great time enjoying the cinema room, the pool, and the games, which made our stay even more special. On top of that, the area is lovely and very close to Target, which was super convenient.Overall, highly recommended! we would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy communications with the host was excellent. Kitchen and home well furnished. Minor issues addressed quickly. The whole family enjoyed the Villa way more space than we needed definitely would accommodate a large group very well. Great location to stores restaurants and theme parks. Very comfortable beds.

Are you ready???

How wonderful to be able to spend a week with my family! Nine people 4 of which are under 10 years old. Everyone had their own space to enjoy. The kids loved the game room and the pool. The proximity to the parks and shopping was perfect! We had one minor issue with our refrigerator,taken care of immediately! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We definitely will be back.

Nice house, busy development

Nice home with a game room and theater that the kids really enjoyed. Wonderful kitchen. Homes are very very close so your stay is somewhat dependent on who your neighbors are. Main pool are is nice but can get quite busy. Location is super convenient to groceries and Target. One of the bedrooms did not have clean bedding when we arrived (but the home has laundry so we were able to wash it).

Great Home, But Be Informed

I recently stayed at the Modern Luxury Villa and had a fantastic experience overall, but I want to address some concerns. Firstly, I was required to pay outside the VRBO platform, which is unusual. A week before our arrival, I was directed to a third-party site (OneHub) and asked to provide photos of my driver's license and credit card, which I've never encountered before with other rentals.Secondly, the listing's map is misleading. The property is 1.5 miles behind the Target Shopping Center, not a few blocks from the clubhouse and waterpark. When I inquired with the owner about this, he explained that the map reflects the clubhouse's address. Still, it inaccurately displays a home blocks away. So, please do not assume that you will be able to walk to the waterpark!Moreover, the listing information is not entirely correct. For example, the Star Wars room (correct picture after master suite 4) and the Frozen room (two full beds, not twins) share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Two master suites have private bathrooms, while the other two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.On a positive note, the home is beautiful and clean, communication with the owner was prompt, and a neighborhood pool and a small playground nearby. The movie theater and game room were enjoyable for all. I wish the owner would advertise this home more accurately. I hope this information will be helpful to others like me in the future.

Great house

No resort on site, none of the TVs worked unless I called and we eventually got the patio tv to work but only if it was connected to a phone. The WiFi didn’t connect it. Pool area and park area at the end of the street was so packed full of people it was impossible to use it.

Great spot for Disney access

Stayed here for a cheer comp at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Also did a few days at the Disney Parks. Communication and ease of stay was top notch.

Perfect Luxury Retreat for the D2 Summit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning modern luxury villa in Florida while attending the D2 Summit, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful architecture and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property.Accommodations: The villa was spacious and elegantly designed, featuring ample bedrooms with comfortable beds that made it easy for everyone in our group to relax and recharge after a long day of events. The open-concept living area was perfect for socializing, and the modern kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.Amenities: One of the highlights was the incredible outdoor space, complete with a private pool and lounge area. We loved spending our downtime soaking up the sun and unwinding in the beautiful setting. The theater room quickly became a favorite spot for our group. We enjoyed movie nights together, which made for a fun and cozy atmosphere. For our littlest family member, the villa provided a walker, and we appreciated having life jackets and pool floats available, making it easy for us to enjoy family time by the pool without worries.

The property was spacious and clean. The resort was a water park in my backyard, which was lovely. The only problem we had were the televisions were not operable in some rooms, but after contacting the property manager they were fixed.

Disney vacation

I rented this home to take my kids and siblings to disney for the first time and the house was fantastic anything that happened if i just reached out they were either there at the door within 20 mins or contacting me back immediately they were very nice. The property was clean and well taken care of and the pool and hottub were great there is so much to do around there
