The Space:

You step into a world where Disney magic meets everyday comfort, and the excitement of the theme parks feels just a few minutes away. The scent of fresh‑cut grass mingles with the sparkle of the private pool, while the hum of a game of ping‑pong drifts from the spacious game room. Every corner invites laughter, from the themed bedrooms to the loft that feels perfect for a movie night under soft lighting.



Sleeping arrangements

The six bedrooms are designed for groups of all sizes. Bedroom 1 downstairs offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 provides another king bed with its own ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 delight younger guests with twin beds in Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse themed rooms, each served by a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedroom 5 features a queen bed and a crib, ideal for a small family. Bedroom 6 completes the home with a second queen bed, all bathed in natural light.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool that beckons for a swim at any time of day, and a hot tub that adds extra relaxation after a busy park visit. An outdoor dining area and lounge space make it easy to enjoy meals or quiet moments under the Florida sky. The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor Island Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, state-of-the-art massage chairs are designed to melt away stress and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway and a last one pointing to our pool equipment. These aren't intended to record our guest but installed for security purposes
