On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and the main living room fully equipped with a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Hulu capabilities and bi-folding doors opening to the patio and pool for a true indoor/outdoor feeling.

On the second floor, you will find (5) Spacious Bedrooms and (2)Bathrooms.

Staircase/Accessibility
The home features a full staircase. The stairs leading to the second level may be challenging for some elderly individuals or those with limited mobility. Guests with limited mobility should review these details carefully to ensure the property meets their needs.

Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Noise/Construction disclaimer
Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Firepit Warning
The firepit must never be left unattended while in use.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Encinitas “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

-There is a fee of $75 per day to heat the pool with a $300 Minimum charge. The pool can be heated to 84 degrees upon request. Please notify the management office 48 hours prior to your reservation in order to allow time for the pool to properly heat. Guest may heat the jacuzzi without an additional fee. The maximum temperature of 102 degrees and takes about 1-2 hours to reach its optimal temperature.
