Live, work, and dream at our extraordinary 5BR/4BA Single Level Home! The Main house is a single story home 4BR/3BA home. The Casita is a 1BR/1BA and is separate from the main house. (See pictures to the left of the pool). The luxurious interior features a grand living space, Beautiful game room in the garage, updated kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Outside you'll find a beautiful Pool with Hot Tub and BBQ.

THE SPACE:
This estate offers 5 full bedrooms, 4 bathroom, a Casita, 2 dining areas, living area, a game room, A Pool Table Room and a stunning back yard that includes swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq, with gas fire pit by pool.


A peaceful retreat in the hills of North San Diego County. Close to everything you need, yet quiet and secluded.

Beaches:
25 min to Delmar and Solana beach, 27 mins to moonlight beach and oceanside beach, most San Diego beaches 30-35 min away.

Attractions:
12 mins to the SD Zoo Safari Park
30 min to Sea world, Temecula wineries, lego land
35 min to Airport


The max number of adults is 15.
Bed/Bath Set Up: Sleeps 15 adults and 1 infants/toddlers (pack n play).

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom that features King Size bed & Twin daybed/trundle with Smart TV. Sleeps 4.

Bath #1: Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower and Tub Attached to Master Bedroom.

Bedroom #2: Full/Full Bunkbed with Smart TV. Sleep 3

Bath #2 Full Bathroom, Stand up shower. Located in the hallway between Master Bedroom and Bedroom #2

Bedroom #3: Two Queen beds with Smart TV. Sleeps 4.

Bedroom #4: King Bed with Smart TV. Sleeps 2

Bathroom #3 Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower combo. Located in between bedroom #3 and bedroom #4.

Game room: (Garage) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with an Air hockey table, foosball table, Basketball Arcade, Skee Ball, sitting area with virtual boards games. We also have 4 arcade games!

Inside the house is a regulation size pool table.


Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take in the beauty of the mountains. Take a dip in the swimming pool or jacuzzi after a few games of Ping pong on our ping pong table.

Enjoy the gas fire pits one located by the pool(gas)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Pool may be heated for additional cost, please inquire if you are interested in having the pool heated during your stay!

Indoor Fireplace are non operational

Garage doors do not open

Andy jumping off waterfalls will lead to instant eviction!


HOUSE RULES:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

NO JUMPING OFF WATERFALL INSTANT EVICTION!

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

Music low volume from 9am-7pm allowed

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
October and March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
November-February: $195 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!

If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
