The two bedrooms and one office, each a haven of relaxation, boast comfortable beds adorned with premium linens. The en-

rejuvenates both body and soul. But the true marvel of this coastal escape lies just beyond your doorstep. The
house comfortably sleeps 5 with a variety of arrangements. The primary suite has a comfortable king bed with
en-suite bath, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart
TV. The third room is an office with a twin futon and desk. All beds are fitted with sumptuous high-thread-
count linens.

BATHROOMS
The house has 2 bathrooms. The primary bath is en-suite and features a large walk-in shower. The second bath
features a tub/shower combo.

dining, golf, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing.

GUEST ACCESS
You will be the kings of the castle in this condo and have your own dedicated outdoor areas facing the west
from the master bedroom and living room balcony and grill space in the massive front deck. Dedicated garage
parking for 2 cars.
HOUSE RULES
Picturesque Perfection in Leucadia situated in the SeaBluffe Condos. We love our neighbors, and our neighbors will only love us back if guests are respectful, courteous, and adhere to quiet hours. If you are looking for a place to go wild, this is not for you. We monitor decibel levels 24/7 and vigilantly enforce quiet hours. Door code to be provided 48 hours prior to arrival and will be active when all documentation is accepted.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM (please book an extra day if this is too early for you). Last-minute requests for
late check out cannot be accommodated.
- No pets
- No smoking (inside or outside)
- We are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs so please coordinate your travel plans with
these times in mind.
- Must be at least 24 years of age to book.

- Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.
