Located in beautiful Solana Beach, this rare, 5 BD/5.5 BA custom home has been perfectly designed for family living. The sparkling private pool and spa are available for your use, as well as a huge grass lawn great for playing games, or letting the kids run around on!

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $150/day, plus tax and service fees. Please let us know if you are interested! Please note that it takes 12-24 hours for the pool to heat up, so it is best to arrange this ahead of your stay!

You cannot find a better home for entertaining. With three living rooms, an expansive kitchen, multiple dining tables with leaf inserts for extra seating, the options are endless! One of the large living rooms has a regulation size Foosball table, 75 inch TV, an indoor bar, and plenty of seating on our sectional couch, sure to entertain for hours! If you're looking for something more relaxing, there is another spacious living room with a comfortable couch set in front of a charming fireplace. With calming views of the green grass and landscaping, it is the perfect place to put your feet up and unwind.

No details were missed in the farmhouse kitchen, great for larger groups or families. A chef's dream with double Wolf ovens, Wolf 4 burner gas cook top with griddle, SubZero refrigerator, KitchenAid dishwasher, and freezer/refrigerator drawers. There is seating for 20 between our two large dining rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and gadgets you will need to cook meals for your friends and family!

The secluded master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable California King bed, a large flatscreen smart TV, and a private sitting area for sipping a coffee in the morning, or a nightcap after a relaxing day. You also have access to a spacious deck that overlooks the front yard. The bathroom includes a steam shower, double vanity, jetted bathtub and walk in closet.

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a private bathroom, as well as beautiful views of the backyard.

The Jack and Jill bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a spacious deck to overlook the front yard. Each bedroom can sleep 3 people, and the shared bathroom is large enough for everyone!

The 5th bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed, flatscreen smart TV, and a bathroom just outside.

The home comes equipped with high-speed wireless internet throughout the house, a full sized washer/dryer for your convenience, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as beach and bath towels, linens, and other supplies to make you feel right at home!

This home is in the perfect location for the Racetrack, downtown dining, bars, and shopping. We are just across the freeway from the racetrack- less than a 5 minute drive! Grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping, and beaches are all within a few miles of the home. Location cannot be beat here at this Luxury Oasis!

There is also a guest home on the property that the homeowner uses for approximately 1 month of the year. Please inquire for more information.
