Exactly as described!

Easy check in process. The condo was exactly as described. Great location close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to make a quick breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

Great stay for a week!

We had a great stay for the Royal Canin AKC National dog show. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries and checked in with us to be sure we were happy with everything. Very clean place, nice neighborhood to walk the dogs, felt very safe.

Location, Location

Very easy access to both Disney and Universal. Nice vacation townhouse which is as described. Two slight negatives: Laundry is available but in a central location for the facility. Townhouse is very close to I-4 and front bedroom allows some of that noise to come through. All in all, still a very good property.

Perfect home away from home

Gayle was very communicative and her place was just the perfect stay for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Everyone had their own bed. We were able to cook our own food each night after long days at the parks. Short drives to Universal and Disney. We enjoyed seeing the Magic Kingdom fireworks across the lake most evenings.

Good little house closed to Discovery Cove

We spent 6 nights in this house. It is closer to Seaworld, Discovery Cove than Disney. There is a big Walmart nearby. It is is close to a Spa and there is a grill restaurant where you can get take away and pizzas. You can use the Spa swimming pool. We did not see many people using it. It is very close to the house. The air conditioning is good and plenty of fan. Excellent beds. Good Wifi. We enjoyed our stay.

Just not for us

This was a last minute pick, as our original choice booked before we had the chance. Property is fine, just not for us. Location did not feel safe & traffic was loud. I should have reviewed the pictures better as this is a townhouse with an efficiency size “kitchen”. The communal area was just far too small for our family of 4 and we were often crammed and on top of one another. Location is close to theme parks.

Orlando Oasis is just that

To start with the manager, Gayle, was wonderful and very accessible. I was traveling as a single dad with my two pre-teen girls. We got into Orlando early and we were able to find the place with ease and get checked in early with no problems (place was already cleaned and ready before 11am...wow!)... Thanks...that helped out immensely. The place was wonderfully furnished and in a great location for our intended purpose. My girls immediately gave it their approval upon arrival....and they are very picky girls. The location provided easy access to just about everything you would need to visit in Orlando. The welcoming book with directions to various destinations was great and spot on. If I found myself in Orlando again for business or pleasure I would definitely inquire into the availability of this "Oasis". About the only "negative" I could think of was the multiple remotes for the televisions. I guess I'm sort of spoiled at home in that I only want to have to use one remote to operated everything..dvd, tv, cable, stereo etc...but it wasn't too complicated after Gayle talked me through it over the phone...lol! Overall great place and I would definitely use it again if I find myself in Orlando.

Great location. Good rate. Good size for one family. Unlucky leak.

We stayed at this property for five weeks starting mid April. For most of the time it was myself, my wife, and an 8 month old baby, but the in-laws also came to stay for a few weeks. The rate was very good and would be tough to beat in that area. The location is excellent. There is a Whole Foods right down the road, and Sea World is a 15 minute drive away. It is also close to Sand Lake Road, which has Restaurant Row, an area with many top class restaurants. The neighborhood is OK and there are many families in the area. For some reason the unit next door had a broken window that was visible from the parking lot. One of the managers said that they were aware of the issue, but the unit owner had decided not to get it fixed. Broken glass was on the lawn for days. We hear that crime is unheard of in the area, so it was probably some sort of accident combined with lazy owners. The unit itself is pretty much as pictured. There is a nice lake out back which makes for a nice morning walk. We had a few technical problems with our unit. There was a rain storm and the guest bedroom sprung a leak within our first week of moving in. The property manager was very responsive and came over that night to take a look and provide extra towels to soak up the mess, but a leak is a leak. The day we moved in the property manager mentioned that the unit had leak issues before we moved in, but they were supposedly fixed, and that we should keep an eye on the ceiling. It's unfortunate that we were moved into a unit with a known potential problem. The temporary solution for the leak was to put a tarp covering the balcony, which remained for the duration of our stay. It wasn't pretty to look at, and we could not use the balcony. The DVD player was also an unexpected inconvenience. For some reason it would only play in black and white. The property manager came to have a look but was unable to fix it before we checked out. We discovered a few dead (better than alive) cockroaches during our stay. One was dead behind the couch when we moved in. The cleaner was notified and took care of it, but it is unfortunate that the place was not properly cleaned before we moved in. To summarize, great location, great price, good size for a family. Some technical issues made our stay less enjoyable than it should have been.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben uns 6 Tage in dem 2-Etagen Appartment wohl gefĂŒht. Abends konnte man bei angenehmen Themperaturen auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang ĂŒber dem See verfolgen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der NĂ€he mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war schön!!!

Comfortable and affordable stay

We stayed for a kid-free girl’s weekend and chose this location for its proximity to both Universal and Disney (less than 20 minutes with traffic in either direction). The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and the amenities were a nice touch-especially the Keurig! We had a couple things to point out to Gayle regarding the condo but she replied immediately and offered to fix any of the maintenance issues we were having (minor plumbing issue). Great communication! The only thing that I missed that may not be immediately clear from the photos is that the upstairs bedroom has an open pass through to the living room downstairs. There is a shade so the sun isn’t an issue, but if the plan is to put kids to sleep upstairs it might be difficult to continue visiting downstairs. My only suggestion to improve this property would be to update the door to the master bedroom downstairs-the deadbolt on the outside of the door is somewhat unsettling even if it didn’t fully lock. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you, Gayle!

Super Cute

Gayle was really thorough and made booking easy. She sent detailed directions for check in. The townhouse is very clean, located 20 minutes from Universal, lots of restaurants, safe community setting, dog friendly. We will be coming back.

Great location

Was close to alot of attractions. Owner was very easy to deal with. Very attentive. Condo was clean. Decorated very nicely.

Fleas and no hot water. Hot water had to be replaced. Had take a cold shower. 2nd floor mirror was.

Fleas all over the place. Dirty towels hanging behind 2nd floor door. No hot water. Had to take a cold shower. Bottom of pots & pans are burnt. Stairs carpet dirty/stains. Entrance door need cleaning/ painted. Sofa damaged. Just Bad!

Coming from the northeast, I moved first to California, then Texas and finally for the last 25 years have chosen Orlando as home. This is my favorite part of the US for year round 'green', ease of travel to and from beaches east & west and wonderful activities! There is always something new to do. Every entertainer ends up performing here so they can combine vacation and work. Major corporations are here for conventions and team building. Families visit to create memories that last forever. Those of us who are fortunate enough to live here appreciate our tourist population as YOU are what Orlando is all about!! :)

The location can't be beat. First the views - lakefront! You can be at any park within 5 to 10 minutes or at the convention center, movies, go carts, mini golf, outlet shopping, theater, live music, golfing - just seconds to minutes from your front door. 5 water parks for endless fun -Aquatica, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Universals new waterpark opens May 25! and Coco Kay.

A new Super WalMart sells discount tickets right up the street, groceries, pharmacy, clothing & souvenirs. The townhome location is safe too and so easy to get to and from the airport or Interstate. Convention center just 4 street lights.
