Unfortunately, I’m unable to leave a 5-star review for our stay. The property was clean and in a nice location; however, communication was lacking. We were told we could adjust the temperature, but the thermostat required a code and we did not have control. I sent photos to clarify this but did not receive a response. The next communication we received was regarding checkout procedures. Vrbo tried multiple times to contact the renters but no response. The only responses we got were we could change temp between 72-78 as I tried to explain didn’t have those options and sent renter pictures of where it ask for a code. No response other than check out procedures and wanting us to write them a review. It is Florida and was the hottest days on record and we had no air and no response. Vrbo tried reaching out to them too numerous times and no response.

Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. While the unit itself is beautiful, it appears to be poorly maintained and managed.When my husband arrived at Vista Cay, he was unable to access the property and had to wait in the parking lot until 4:40 p.m.—forty minutes past the scheduled check-in time—for the HOST to provide the entry information. I contacted VRBO for assistance, but they were also unable to reach the HOST. After finally obtaining the host’s contact number from Vista Cay’s office, my husband was able to call and text to receive the access codes.Once inside, we noticed several maintenance issues, including mold in the shower heads, a broken kitchen faucet, and a leak under the sink that made it impossible to use the kitchen during our stay. We reported these issues to the host immediately and were told they would be fixed the next day, but no repairs were ever made. As a result, we were unable to use the kitchen sink, and had to eat out for every meal. Additionally, the sliding glass door lock was broken. The lock issue was also communicated to the host. It’s disappointing that such a beautiful property is being neglected. The lack of maintenance and poor communication caused significant inconvenience and truly affected what should have been an enjoyable stay. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for future guests. Being IGNORED by the host was not a good feeling at all.

Very nice community, conveniently located located close to parks, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. We only used it to sleep and didn't do any cooking, but has everything you need for it. Next to the pool and clubhouse. Will definitely rent again next time when coming back to the area.

Quiet and convenient

This condo was super convenient. A quick walk to the pool and a short drive to groceries and restaurants. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there. Would stay here again!

Not so Epic

Location to pool and amenities are great. Very safe and friendly area. Was surprised to see cockroaches, ants, and even a gecko inside out unit. The stove also randomly alarmed out in the middle of the night. Emailed the property manager and never got a response. Recommend Vista Cay, just not this unit.

Great location

The location was perfect based on proximity to the Orange County convention center. Condo is right next to the pool and has plenty of room for a family. It needs like a deep cleaning and some additional pest control but these were minor issues. Would definitely book this condo again.

Great property

Good size condo for a family. Great location. It had everything we needed. The main pool was under construction (which we didn't know about until we arrived) but the other pool was a 10 min walk away and very nice. We will definitely stay again.

Disappointed

The apartment was a little tricky to find once inside the complex. When we arrived, there were short dark hair on furniture, bedding, pillows and floors. The jack and jill toilet seat was cracked and discolored. The pool, bar & grill, gift shop and mini mart in the complex were all closed and under construction. We received no notification of this. There is another pool you can use but its in another complex, with another gate code that you have to drive to. That pool was over run because of the other pool being closed. I reached out to the host 3 times regarding the issues and received no response. I would not stay here again and i would not recommend. There are plenty of other options to stay at in Orlando.

Dance competition

This was the perfect location for an event at the OCCC. There are restaurants and stores nearby and OCCC is 5 minutes away. They were working on renovating the pool next to the condo but we were able to use the pool across the street which was a great preview for what is to come at the pool next to the condo.

Wonderful Property

What can I say, we had a wonderful stay! First, communication with the property owner/manger was excellent, any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. The property is exactly as portrayed in the listing photos and the description, which isn’t always the case, so no surprises the condo is open and bright with plenty of space for our stay. The unit is also as close to the pool and clubhouse as you can get so very convenient. The beds are super comfortable and the resort is quiet so we always had a good night’s sleep.The check in/out process is very convenient and easy, we were able to go right to the condo and the only thing we had to do on checkout was take out the trash. The location is another huge bonus, I was close to the conference center, and it’s just a quick Uber to any of the parks, and the unit is a few short blocks from the new Universal park opening this spring. There is also a Publix grocery store, some restaurants, and other shops within a very short walk. The pool is currently undergoing renovations, and looks like it will be really nice when done.The only negative is, it would be nice to have a binder or some directions for the TV and remotes and the lights and remotes. Otherwise, it was a great property, I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

All the comforts of home

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was perfect to walk to so many places to shop, get a coffee, Chik-fil-a, the clubhouse with its game area. The room had everything we needed. The only reason we gave this 4 stars is due to the bedroom with two beds. The beds were what we needed but one of the beds blocked the doorway to the bathroom or didn’t leave much room to walk into the bathroom. Both my mom and my daughter hit their legs on the corner of the bed going to the bathroom that left some nasty bruises. Need to lose the footboards in there to reduce injury.

Dance Nationals Week

Lovely condo that's been fully renovated providing plenty of space for sharing with another small family. Location is perfect on the ground floor & right next to the main clubhouse, pool & walking trail around the lake. I would absolutely book this property again if traveling to Orlando in the future.

Came in unit while I was asleep

During the last night of my stay someone entered the condo through the front door at about 2am. After being awakened from my sleep by the sound of the front door opening, I rushed to the common area in time to see the door closing. I used the additional locks and reached out, that night to the owner to notify them. I expected a response in by the morning but it never came. When I opened the door to leave the next day I saw there was a key still in the door with a key tag with the unit number written on it. It appears whoever enter the unit at 2am had a key and also left the key in the door the entire night!!! I immediately took pictures of the key and the key in the door and sent them to the owner demanding an explanation - the renter never once responded to any of my messages, via email or the Vrbo app communication. Zero communication and zero accountability.

Stayed for a 4 day volleyball tournament. Location was perfect. Plenty of parking and plenty of space at the pool. Well maintained condo with everything you can need
