Die zwei Schlafzimmer / zwei Badezimmer Villa (1166 qm.) Verfügt über:

Zwei Master-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, eines mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und eines mit zwei Queen-Betten und eigenem Bad, Esszimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Elektroherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, Gläser und Töpfe. Wäschetrockner. Zwei Kabel TV. Zentrale Klimaanlage und Wireless Internet. Wohnzimmer, und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den See Big Sand Lake, einem von Floridas reinsten natürlichen Seen auf dem Bild und den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang und Sonnenaufgang aus der Villa Wohnzimmer und Terrasse zu sehen. Der Komplex befindet sich neben dem preisgekrönten Räucherei Bar & Grill, ein Restaurant bekannt als die "Heimat von Orlandos besten BBQ", es bietet eine entspannte, preisgünstig, ungezwungene Atmosphäre für die ganze Familie. Oh my gosh! The condo is great, but the view is AMAZING!

The condo was VERY immaculate, efficient, impeccable, and comfortable! However, what the photo does not show is the beauty of the view over the lake in the mornings and especially in the evenings. The sunsets were wonderful! We got the mornings started with coffee on the back patio and especially enjoyed the relaxation, sitting and enjoying the magnificent view after a busy day of activities! It was a wonderful plus to the enjoyable condo stay that we were not expecting.

Quiet and comfortable!

Very quiet, peaceful community. Villa was clean and organized. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very nice scebery from the back patio.

The villa was perfect for my stay. It was only 15 miles away from the conference that I was attending. It was so pleasant to be able to come back here after my busy conference. You have a great place.

Very Nice!

My wife and I were really pleased with this property. It was clean, the lake views were beautiful and calming, it was literally 20 minutes or less from Disney, and Myrtle was a gracious and very responsive host. We've stayed in quite a few Vrbo and (that other company) accommodations, and we agreed that this is one of the nicest places we've stayed.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stayed. Restaurants, supermarkets, theme parks and gas stations very convenient. Neighbors are quiet plus nice backyard views.

Could be great

We had a fun time overall and enjoyed our stay, HOWEVER. The place had a funny musty smell, the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning didn't work very well. Also, while the pictures would lead you to believe there is a pool on the property it's actually a picture of the resort next door, which is private. A little shady and misleading.

Quiet retreat

I came to Orlando for a conference and found this little gem of a place. I stayed here a week. The property is an older one, but the inside was nice, clean and comfortable. I felt safe talking walks around the area and enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings.

Small but Clean place!

The two level townhouse was clean and well organized. It has all the utensils that may be needed, if one wished to cook. In terms of bedroom, both the queen size mattresses were in a good condition. There are 2 parking spots assigned to the property. Location is near to all key attractions and grocery stores etc. The few issues I had were; 1) there is only one bathroom and that is upstairs. So its inconvenient. Every time you need to use it, you have to keep going upstairs. If you have any disability then this could be an issue. 2) downstairs room i.e. living room/kitchen is small. Entire townhouse with lower and upper level combined may be around 700-750 sq. feet. 3) dining table has 4 chairs but I am not sure if the 4th chair that is right under the staircase is accessible or allow an adult to sit (no headroom). 4) curtains in bedroom are too light to block the external light. There is a powerful bright light from the neighboring property that remains on all night. Owner can consider having light blocking curtains. Also, there is a small studio like apartment right next to this property. May be owner has partitioned the townhouse like that. But it is not a part of this unit.

Perfect for what we needed

Our itinerary had us staying in theme parks most of the time, and this condo was a great (and very quiet) retreat at the end of long days. The kitchen was great for making pizza and came with trays that fit the small oven. It is close to Whole Foods and Walmart, so grabbing supplies was really easy. The host was very responsive and helpful, and all around, we really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be re-booking the next time we are in town!

Upon arrival it smelled of mildew. The place is not like in the pictures. The beds were HORRIBLE and apparently we weren’t able to turn the thermostat below 70 or the pipes would freeze. We had to purchase batteries for the remotes, we had to adjust the shower head because it was leaking and there is a fully developed wasp nest above the back patio! Between the couch and the bed I’m not sure which was harder.

Cozy and quaint

This is a really cute and cozy little place. Very clean and a GREAT location that is very close to Universal theme parks, dining, and other entertainment. We had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. There are a good amount of plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans available. They also provide you with a roll of paper towels, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and two trash bags in each can. There were a set of towels (wash cloth, hand towel, and large towel) for 5 guests, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is not always a given and a nice touch. The furniture in the living room is different from the pictures shown, but not in a bad way. The couch and seat seemed pretty new and modern. It looked nice! My only suggestions would be the window/sliding door in the upstairs room really need blackout curtains or shades. There are no blinds and instead just some very thin, light colored drapes. Unfortunately they are not sufficient at all in blocking out any form of light. The room looked like it was 6 am at all hours of the night which was so strange and really threw my sleep off. The room also runs rather warm; warmer than the rest of the house. The air flow doesn’t seem optimal in that room. There was a floor fan available in the closet and we ended up making a rig to prop that up on a chair with pillows so it would be at bed level and we could get air. In fairness, the air flow is probably out of the owner’s power so just a heads up if you like to sleep in a cold room. But hopefully the curtains in the room could be replaced with something better at blocking out light. We also kept running out of hot water very quickly during our showers. Not sure why. At most you would get an 8 minute shower and at that point the water would turn luke warm. Other than those items we really were very comfortable and pleased overall. The villa is nice and quiet, with a beautiful view of the lake. A very nice refuge at the end of a long day, and we appreciated all the amenities that were provided as well as the courteous communication from the host. Thank you

Good Place, Great Location

We (my husband and 2 friends) had a great stay here. The space was good—nothing spectacular, but a good home base for visits to Universal-it’s very close! The beds were average and the kitchen lacked some utensils and some cleanliness, but overall it was a great stay, and the host very kind. Thanks!
