Unsere Villen sind zweistöckig, voll klimatisiert und komplett ausgestattet. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.
Eine erste Lieferung von Seife, Shampoo, Toilettenpapier, Papiertuch und Spülmittel ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die ZWEI SCHLAFZIMMER / ZWEI BADVILLA (980 qm) verfügt über:

UPSTAIRS: Master-Schlafzimmer mit 1 Queensize-Bett und 1 Kabel-TV, ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett (unten in voller Größe und oben in einer Twin-Größe). Ein komplettes Bad im Schlafzimmer (und ein Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss).

DOWNSTAIRS: Frühstücksraum, voll ausgestattete Küche (Elektroherd, kleiner Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe usw.) und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa sowie ein komplettes Badezimmer , Terrasse mit zwei Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch, 1 Kabel-TV, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Unsere LAGE ist hervorragend für Besucher, wir sind in Orlando von der I-4 innerhalb:
· 5 Minuten von UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, WET'N WILD, SEA WORLD, INTERNATIONAL DRIVE und dem Orlando Convention Center
· 8 Minuten von DISNEY, EPCOT und MGM STUDIOS sowie dem Orlando International Airport.
Mehrere Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und Lebensmittelmärkte liegen nur 3 Minuten von unseren Villen entfernt.
· 1 Stunde von Cocoa Beach und Daytona Beach.

Great Location - Great property.

We spent 4 nights at this Villa and had a great experience. We used Uber/Lyft to get to the parks and from the time we were picked up to dropped off was usually 5/10 minutes, great location if you are planning on going to any of them. The house was clean when we got there and the owner even checked in with us half way through our stay to make sure everything was going fine. I would highly recommend staying here and the best part is it was about half the price of any hotel I could find in the area.

It’s close to major Hwys and 5 minutes from Walmart and other shopping places. The area was safe. The property was clean like home away from home. The owner extended our stay just right away as soon as we requested for our needs to stay a little longer. I appreciate your help, Myrtle and we’ll be back again if we visit Orlando again.

This place is great! From the day we booked, Myrtle was immediately available to answer all of our questions and made everything very easy for us. The villa itself is in a perfect location, very close to all the parks and lots of restaurants too. It is next to a beautiful lake which is visible from the lounge window and we could even see fireworks across the lake in the evenings. There were 6 (adults) of us staying and we had everything that we wanted. There is a large Walmart just down the road for any provisions and 2 parking spaces just outside. Everything we needed in the way of toiletries, kitchen and bathroom products was provided and the place was very clean and tidy. The WiFi is fast and constant with no problems at all during our 2 week stay. We would recommend this villa to anyone that is looking for a comfortable stay in the best location with a fabulous host so thanks again Myrtle

Convenient Location

This property was convenient to a lot of Orlando attractions. Check in and out were easy. The place is small, but we were so busy we didn’t spend much time there. We had an issue with the air conditioning while we were there. The owner was very quick to respond to my messages.

Location was 💯

This was an ideal location for Discovery Cove, Sea World, & Aquatica. The place was clean and had necessities. Beds were not uncomfortable…. Walmart was nearby…. 7eleven right down the street was convenient too! It’s close to the interstate so bring a sound machine or use the box fans provided to drown out traffic. Definitely recommend if traveling to this area.

Very convenient to all parks

This Villa has the perfect location. Within 12 to 15 minutes to all Disney parks, less than 8 minutes from SeaWorld and less than 10 minutes from Universal. There is a Walmart down the road and multiple pharmacies in the area. The Villa was very clean and very nice. The bunk beds upstairs were comfortable for the girls and the master bedroom was perfect for myself. There's also a sleeper sofa downstairs. I would highly suggest this property and hope that when we go back to Orlando we get to stay here again

Great Location and Great Price

The unit is very close to Universal Studios. You can actually skip the Interstate and save yourself sometime. It is a very small place but it worked great for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels and the Shampoo and Conditioner provided were amazing. Plus there is a box fan in both rooms. A plus for us because we sleep with one at home. It’s a very quite complex with mature palm trees and a great view of the lake and sunsets. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Universal.

Ahhmazing stay

I took my family to the our Disney vacation recently and stayed at Myrtle’s place. It was close to all the attractions we went. Myrtle checked on us time to time if we needed anything. Check in and check out was flawless. Property was clean, fully stocked. Walmart, Whole Foods, Dollar Tree… literally minutes away. Two designated parking space. Bedrooms are upstairs and kitchen and living room downstairs which was convenient for us. Two full bathrooms were also a plus. Honestly I could go on and on! It’s truly a great place. Thank you Myrtle!

Good stay for the price

Car parking easyLocation near to a Large Walmart and near to UniversalBeds comfortable, air conditioning good.Everything about the property was good for the price. We did have 2 problems though.1) We weren't warned about building works to the property. These took place earlier than 7am in the morning some days.2) There were warnings not to put things down the toilets.We didn't but they both still blocked up. If you do get a blockage contact the host asap to fix, don't wait like we did. The host is responsive.I think we would stay there again.

Extra little space for a trip

A good place to spread out if your trip lasts a few days and want to cook for yourself. The stove is a smart electric stove, which took me a while to figure it out. The area was quiet and peaceful when I went (November), but it's also a short drive to many of the theme parks. There is a Target about eight minutes away to buy groceries.

Comfy and cozy

The villa was very comfy and cozy, and met most of our needs. Because we were there for seven days we didn’t desire to eat out for every meal. The kitchen was challenging with no actual oven and only a toaster oven, so I borrowed a local friend’s air fryer and made some scrumptuous meals. The place is pretty tight in terms of square footage, but the master bedroom and bath were spacious enough for the two of us and had more than enough closet and drawers space. The second bedroom was our staging area for laying out daily clothes and where we stored our empty suitcases. Overall the villa was nice and in a really decent location that was VERY covenient to UO, CityWalk, I-4 E/W, I-Drive, SeaWorld, Wal-Mart, Whole Foods, Winn-Dixie, Chick-Fil-A, Bank of America, and more (somebody will appreciate something on this list…lol). As highly as we’d recommend it, I’m pretty sure we’ll look for something with a small pool next time to enhance our stay-in and entertain options when we need a break from running around Orlando. And to save the beat for last, corresponding with Myrtle leading up to the visit was nothing short of amazing! She was highly responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Very Clean

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. The property grounds need a lot of attention and if you are looking for exterior amenities this is not the property for you. If you are looking for a clean up place to sleep and relax indoors, this is your place.
