The pool was clean. Only thing I didn’t like was that we had no towels till the next day of check in that didn’t come till after 10am. We couldn’t shower or get or day going until towels were brought to us. I’m glad I had packed beach towels we used them at night.

We love to stay around that area, since we have a boat and it’s easy access to get up and take off fishing and go to Docs seafood.

Overall great trip!!

Great location!! Fishing off the dock was amazing!!! The condo itself was a little outdated but checked off all the boxes of what we needed for a family of 10. Pool was clean and never crowded. We drove out to Balli Park for the beach. We all had a great time!! Only complaint is that all the patio furniture on all the balconies was covered in leaves and sap and could not be used. Furniture could definitely use a powerwash. Overall great trip!!!

Great home base for a weekend on the island!

Love being right on the water. Great place with comfortable beds and furnishings. Sun sets directly out the windows in the living room making for a great view. Only issue is the AC seems to struggle to keep up in the afternoon with this direct sun. Closed all blinds trying to help and was 77 degrees in the unit until after dark when the AC could catch up.

Silver Sands Unit

Good location, able to catch a lot of fish once we figured out the bite. All appliances worked. But, when we entered the unit it smelled moldy. Turns out there was a pipe leaking in the floor. Cockroaches in the kitchen, had to make sure everything was in a container. The three balconies were filthy, bird droppings all over the deck and furniture. So bad it was a health hazard. The master bedroom was very comfortable and clean. But my son got bed bug bites in the second bedroom and the towels in the second bathroom were dirty either never washed or they did a very poor job cleaning them.We have stayed in two other units in the same complex, both were very clean.
