Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad Wohnung mit Blick auf das Laguna Madre Bay aus. Instant-Boot Zugang zum Inter Wasserweg und Packery Kanal, die führt in Laguna Madre und den Golf von Mexiko. Wir haben den besten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang auf der ganzen Insel. Waschmaschine Trockner in der Einheit, voll ausgestattete Küche, gratis WiFi, drei Flachbildfernseher, Kabel und habe ich erwähnt die Aussicht .... Es gibt einen Swimmingpool im Clubhaus und ein Bootssteg am unteren Rand unserer Treppe. Sie können aus dem Dock rechts fischen. Unsere Wohnung hat 3 separate Balkone und kleine Outdoor-Grills sind rund um die Immobilie für Ihren Einsatz befindet. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem mit Fliesen- und Schieferboden und allen neuen Geräten umgebaut. Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein brandneues Kingsize-Bett. Gästeschlafzimmer hat ein Queen und ein Twin Bett. Die Wohnung für 5. Wir haben Boogie Boards, Sandspielzeug, Schwimmposen für den Pool und Schwimmwesten für kleine Kinder.

Working vacay

Super convenient location to Corpus, North Padre, Port A and Mustang Island let us enjoy all the beach, bay and coast has to offer while also staying connected to daily work commitments. Nice place on the bay!

Family enjoyed the accommodations. Definitely had to use it more than intended due to Tropical Storm Alberto, but we felt safe and were never in harms way.

Great location

The best communication with property owners. Wonderful location. Our stay was the best, the property had everything to meet our needs. We had a wonderful time and cought plenty of fish to bring home. I will definitely be booking this property again, cannot wait to go back. The host checked in with us regular making sure our stay was the best. Quick response. The views are lovely from the multiple balconies to the dock. The property was fully stocked from towels, bed linen, dish soap and cleaning supplies and trash bags to keep it tidy.

The condo was clean and very comfortable! The view is great and the water access made it very convenient for us to have our boat with us. The location is perfect for us-- close to the beach, several shops & restaurants, and our son's college campus. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend!

Great Location and toys

The condo had everything we needed and more. A big draw for me was having all the things needed for the beach like toys. Pool was great when we needed a break from the ocean. We saw dolphins one morning from the patio! Convenient location and close to everything.

Great property

Property has great views of the evening sunsets! Our kids loved fishing right behind the condo. The location was great as well. It's within minutes of everything Padre Island has to offer and only about. 15 minute drive to Port A. Inside the property was great as all the rooms had tvs and attached bathrooms. The owner is great to work with and she was always accessible.

Lovely Condo with Wonderful Views

The condo was lovely - the kitchen was well stocked with all the pans and appliances we needed, everything was clean and the bedrooms were nice (the Master bedroom was lovely, the beds in the second room are probably better suited to children/young adults). My husband enjoyed the fishing from his kayak behind the house and it was only a few minutes away from the beach. We loved it - we'll be back soon!

We spent 5 days at this condo and it was great. It’s very clean and comfortable, has everything you need, gorgeous views, a dock for a boat, and comfy beds. Our visit was mostly rest and relaxation but it is close to everything so fits the bill no matter what you want to do. The owner, Stacey, was so nice to work with that I’ve decided to adopt her as my grand daughter! Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us! It was wonderful.

Can't beat the view!

We had a lovely stay. The condo is nice and comfy with plenty of room for our family. There were plenty of cookwear and dishes available as well as extra towels. The best part was the water toys so we didn't have to haul or buy our own. The view is amazing and really can't be beat. We saw a dolphin one morning. And there were fish, crabs, and birds galore. Great proximity to beaches and other fun activities. We even had the community pool to ourselves for most of a Saturday. The owner had wonderful communication. We would stay again without any hesitation.

Best condo for sunset, fishing and close to Texas A&M University CC

My husband and I and our 18 yr old HS senior came for short weekend to visit Texas A&M University for college tour. We spent most of day Saturday at the college tour so when we came back to condo we could relax on balcony watch gorgeous sunset and watch our son fish from condo. He caught lots of fish and even helped someone else unhook a stingray. The owner Stacey is extremely detailed on communications and instructions so it made everything so so easy. The condo itself looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you Stacey for helping to make a wonderful college visit weekend.

Beautiful! Very nice condo!

This condo has everything! Fully loaded, very nicely decorated, incredible sunset view and close to everything, We fished off the boat dock and caught a keeper trout one evening by the light Our kids loved catching perch off the dock while we sat in beach chairs in the grass and grilled burgers on the little grill by the steps. The beach was fun! Found shells and fished in the surf. Very relaxing. I highly recommend this condo. Very nice owners that were easy to work with. Loved the wifi and TVs but hardly had time to get distracted by those things. We just enjoyed the water, the view, a few margaritas and the seagulls. Great time. Thank you for letting us rent your condo!!! We will be back. BR

Pros: location was amazing for quick access kayak fishing. Also it was a quick drive to the beach. And a walk away to the condo pool. Lots of fans for use in the condo and really well stocked with dishes, cleaning supplies, even board games & having beach toys there was a huge perk! Cons: buildings are on the older side and the condo had cockroaches (which I’m sure is hard to stay on top of being on the bay and so close to the beach) but still I’ve stayed at other places on padre island and haven’t experienced that before. Overall a great stay!

One of the best stays I have had on North Padre Island. Accommodations were top notch and communication was early and often. By far the easiest and best stay yet! Clean environment, and decorated appropriately. Close to everything! Boat dock right out the back with the easy access to the intercostal waterway. Sunset was amazing. Counting the days to stay there again.

Fantastic host at the perfect condo!

Check in/out was easy and the host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making our stay feel warm and inviting. The location is perfect, right on the water with the best sunset views, in a quiet and safe residential area. We were so happy with the offer to extend our stay by an extra night and it was a bonus that they had beach toys available for our 1 year old to use. We will most certainly be back!

We live in Austin and we drive down to our special get away as often as possible. I am a teacher and love escaping to the solitude of the beach! This is our favorite place to be.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We chose this property because of its perfect location. We fell in love with the view from the balcony and we like to fish, so being right on the bay is very convenient. It provides instant access to the water. The beach is just up the street so we go there in the mornings to beachcomb and walk. Its also really nice to be on the water but not necessarily in the sand. The set up of the condo is cozy and comfortable and feels just like home.

Washer dryer in the unit is very handy. Our Patio and grills outside allow for dinner while watching the sunset. Fishing from the dock is very convenient and there is a fish cleaning area just a few steps away. Swimming pool is just a short walk through the parking lot. The garage is a huge plus for us because of the storage space. There are lots of other Winter Texans in the complex during the winter months and the clubhouse holds 'get togethers' so people can meet and make new friends.

In the unit we have sand toys,pool toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and floaties!
