Nemo Cay Resort Townhomes 103 is a treasure on North Padre Island. Come discover the island while relaxing in this centrally located, luxurious 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms townhome. Resort-style pool featuring kids' pool with fountains and shallow entry. Enjoy easy access to host of dining and entertainment options. Less than 2 miles from beaches.

This 2-story townhome features an open concept living and dining area downstairs with a beautiful kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all your kitchen amenities. A bedroom with a King size bed and a full bathroom are also downstairs for your convenience. Other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs, one with a King and one with two Queens. This townhome is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Additional guests can find solace on the sleeper sofa in the living area. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. This townhome is in a perfect location, only 3-minute drive to the beach and has easy access to multiple restaurants to enjoy the island seafood.

Dining area has table that seats 7 with 3 seats at counter. Living room area has large sectional, that could sleep 2, and a rocker/recliner with 50" TV. Cable and WiFi provided.

Two reserved parking in front of unit. Blink outdoor camera security for front of townhome.

Pet fees double for unregistered pet(s)and it will be deducted from the security deposit.

No cooking/BBQ/Grill of any kind within 10 feet of any wall of any home. Char coal grills are available first come first serve for guests at the pool area.

AWESOME community pool area, fully HEATED, comfortable pool furniture, BBQ and picnic tables. Kids pool with spray fountains.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and everything our family needed. We really liked the play area and pool for the younger members of our family. Great Beach Location!

Had a great time staying here. Big space with plenty of room for our party and close to stores, restaurants, and a grocery store. Pool is nice and area is quiet. If going to Padre Island again will definitely stay again!

Had a great time at the beach. Loved the condo. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Not sure if we found a wine bottle opener but we didn’t look to hard. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Awesome property.. pool area really nice. Loved that each bedroom had their own restroom. The upstairs bedrooms do get colder than the bottom just fyi. Overall a great stay.

Nice Little Townhouse

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse at Nemo Cay. My daughter and grandkids went with us and they had a lot of fun. They really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Very close to the beach too! Thank you Tina! We will be back!

July 4th Beach Trip

The condo was just as the listing described. We traveled with our adult kids and two grand kids. It was a wonderful space for us to spend the weekend together. The pool is perfect for young kids and adults. The condo was clean and comfortable for our party of 7. The location was great as we were close to beaches and restaurants. Tina was a wonderful host. I highly recommend this rental!

Birthday/spring break vacay

Just as our last stay at this property, made it more inviting and exciting to return. It is becoming our first choice for vacation getaway for me and my family in the area. Convenient to restaurants, stores, family friendly things to do and less than 5 minute drive to the beach. Excellent communication and great turnkey stay makes everything stress free. Have already recommended this location to others and will be returning for future visits.

We did enjoy our time despite the hiccups.

We really enjoyed our stay thank you again! Just a couple of small things we wanted to mention that might need attention for future guests. I also texted Tina about these.The overall cleanliness was okay, but we did notice a few areas that could use a little more attention. For example, we found some items left behind by previous guest. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it might be something to flag for the cleaning crew just to ensure everything feels fresh and fully reset for the next visitors.
