This property is equipped with a smart lock/keypad system, ensuring secure and convenient entry at any time during your stay. Guests will initially receive a link to complete all pre-arrival forms and rental agreements. Once these are finalized, we’ll send a separate communication with a personalized access code for the apartment.

The apartment complex offers two convenient options for accessing your unit: an elevator located in the center of the building for easy access to all floors, and stairs on both corner sides of the building for those who prefer them, leading directly to Level 3 where the apartment unit is located.

This corporate-ready apartment features two generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for working professionals. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the living area is set up to provide a relaxing environment after work. The balcony offers a serene place to unwind. Guests can enjoy full access to the building’s comprehensive amenities, including swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gym, a business center, and a barbecue grill area.

In order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please be advised that it is a requirement by the property owners/management and our company policy (SoLiving) for guests to review the links provided in the first message upon booking. These links contain essential information for the check-in process, including a Pre-Arrival Form and a Rental Agreement for the property. Guests are required to upload a valid ID through the pre-arrival form to verify their identity.

Once you have completed the necessary information, including ID verification, in the pre-arrival form and the rental agreement, a digital access code for the apartment will be issued to you. This code ensures secure and convenient access to your accommodation throughout your stay.
