The residence was clean and quaint. Per my wife, 2 ply tissue would be better versus 1 ply. Also, a newer shower liner.

Loved that this property was so close to Busch Gardens. Very clean and well maintained. Loved the front porch to watch the fireworks that the park does at night. Would recommend 100%. Would definitely book again! PS Beds were super comfortable

Clean and Quiet

Very "home like" feel to the place. Quiet neighborhood. Just streets away from Busch Gardens, so if you're going there this is definitely the place you want to be. We did not go there this time around, but it was still a great place. Lots of stuff to do close by. Great restaurants

The house is good for a short stay with only a few people. The only problem I had was that there is only 1 TV. I would suggest putting smaller TVs in the two bedrooms. The house is cute and clean.

Weekend Getaway

We came up on Friday and left out Sunday . House is close to a lot of activities. We used Uber to get around . House was very comfortable and very clean . Host replied to all message in an orderly manner. Overall a great place to rest your head and relax !

Beautiful and very clean!

This place is very new and immaculately clean! It was very tastefully decorated, although a bit sparse. We’ll appointed and conveniently located very close to Busch Gardens. The neighborhood isn’t nearly as nice as the house, but would still highly recommend.

Cheap getaway

The listing did not clarify there would be other tenants at a separate part of the house and sharing a driveway with. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest area of the city, but nonetheless walking distance from various restaurants and hotspots. When I had a question, Dario the owner had answered very late in the night and gave me an answer right away. For the price, this house was very nice on the inside. All new furniture and new kitchen. I would consider renting again from Dario in the future, just maybe not this location. Hope this helps.

Great Host

The home was very clean and updated. The host is prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. The home was accommodating to our needs. Very quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this home. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer otherwise the unit provided everything we needed.

Another great spot to visit in Tampa is Hyde Park Village filled with local stores, tasty food, and an immaculate vibe just 17 minutes away.
This property is also near the USA's best beaches like St Pete Beach which is 40 mins away and Clearwater Beach which is 35 mins away.
