Loved house, pool and private backyard

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, spacious with an open concept overlooking the pool and super private backyard. We would absolutely rent again. Walking distance to downtown Cape as well.

Our trip to cape coral florida

It was my husband's birthday I alway surprise him with a trip some where this was great it has a pool and fenced in yard and quiet and friendly neighbors and neighborhood we will stay there again and do other things in the area we couldn't get to do this time.

Perfect in every way!!

Property is very clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable. Host Stephanie was amazing!!! She even gave as tips on the nightlife in the area. The pool and private, fenced yard were great!! Location was perfect, stores, bars, etc all close. Don't think about it, book it before it's gone!!

Getaway with our dogs.

We juat got back from a week long stay. This house was extremely clean and we loved the layout. We enjoyed being able to swim in the pool while the dogs roamed around the fneced in yard. It is conveniently located to many restaurants. Stephanie is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. She gave alot of great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. We can't wait to go back.

Great Place, Great Location

We had a family gathering for my birthday. Kids flew in from Colorado into Ft. Myers airport which was an easy 1/2 hour from the house. Getting access was incredibly easy. The house was very nice, with a high privacy fence, and a beautiful pool. Walking distance to great restaurants. Close to both Sanibel and Captiva islands made for wonderful day trips. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area.

March 2024 Stay

Retired couple with dog stayed at this home for a month. Stephanie was great at responding to any question. Check in and check out was a breeze. The home has great appliances and the kitchen was well appointed. Very convenient location. Everything was as presented on the website. Comfortable beds. Great pool and slider. Had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this home.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed a restful 12 days here. The house was perfect for us with a good sized open kitchen/dining/living area for group cooking and gathering + a comfortable pool deck. We frequently carried our meals to the outdoor table to enjoy the warm days. The fenced back yard was ideal for our dog-she enjoyed being off leash in the open space. Stephanie was quickly accessible & helpful for our questions. The home and kitchen are well stocked and supplied. Overall cleanliness is excellent. We hope to return in the near future!

Host was very responsive to any issues. Pool was wonderful, furniture covers provided to help keep the property clean and tidy. Even if we did not have a pet we would stay in this place.
