Villa Saratoga Lake with Exquisite Sunrises & Views!

This lake house is the place to stay during your vacation to our beautiful sunny side Southwest Florida! The view of Saratoga Lake is the most exquisite out of all the properties on this particular lake. The sunrises will not only capture your heart, but also your soul so be sure to set your alarms early and have your camera nearby, because you don't want to miss this breathtaking view!

Enjoy a relaxing and calm environment on our fresh water lake by taking advantage of fishing from our huge deck or even taking the kayaks out for a sunset cruise. In the evenings, you can chill by the pool while admiring the lake view on your own private and spacious lanai. And during our cooler nights, you can warm things up by our gas fire pit or hop into our electric heated saltwater pool. Our pool has southern exposure, meaning that the pool is in the sunshine majority of the day.

In just a quick walk down the street, you have access to one of our cities Recreational Parks. This 5 acre neighborhood park offers a variety of recreational activities, and is a great place to have a picnic or gathering overlooking beautiful Saratoga Lake. Some of the park amenities include: kayak launch, basketball courts, fitness trail with a paved walking path, horseshoe pits, picnic shelter with BBQ grill, restrooms, and a kids fenced in playground area (for ages 2-12).

Traveling with kids? Consider taking the family to Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Tropical Breeze Fun Park with 18-hole mini golf course, and a bowling alley at Bowland Coral Lanes. These 3 locations are all just a few minutes away; you could walk to them. And just a couple minutes away from the house is our local Publix grocery store, Hana's Japanese steakhouse, and lots of fast food options whenever you need a quick bite on the go, and other sit down dining restaurants within 10 minutes. There is also a Crunch fitness gym and other crossfit gyms located nearby.

Sun Splash Family Waterpark is Southwest Florida’s largest waterpark with more than 14 acres of slides, pools, food and fun for all ages. It is open seasonally from March through September. A few pictures are uploaded for you to see the waterpark.

Florida is known for its beautiful beaches. You'll be hard-pressed to find a place in Florida with quieter and calmer shores than Sanibel Island. Here, the pastime is "shelling" – collecting assorted, colorful seashells along the sand – rather than partying, which makes this beach town an excellent choice for families. For the best seashells, head to Bowman's Beach or Blind Pass Beach. Also, save time for a visit to Lighthouse Beach Park, where you can cast a line off of the beach's pier and snap pictures of its 19th-century lighthouse. It is voted #2 in Best Florida Beaches according to U.S. News. We are located approximately 40 minutes away from this island, with Captiva Island being just a little further. There are tons of other local beaches nearby.

Southwest Florida has a variety of shopping opportunities, from discount outlet malls to upscale specialty boutiques. Shopping is a pleasure at the beautifully landscaped outdoor malls. Most shopping centers feature excellent dining choices as well. For upscale shopping, you’ll want to visit Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples or the Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay, located an hour away. Another shopping destination with a wide variety of shopping and dining options is Coconut Point Mall in Estero. Spend the day at Sanibel Island, where you won’t want to miss Periwinkle Place and then on your way home you can stop by Sanibel Outlets for some huge bargains on name brands. Discount shoppers will also want to plan a trip to the Miromar Outlet Mall at Corkscrew Road and Interstate 75 in Estero, about 40 minutes away from the house.
