☆★ JACKSONVILLE BEACH HOME SPACE ☆★

Our studio apartment is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want a cozy and comfortable space to stay in.

This one bedroom & one bathroom studio apartment provides privacy and a cozy atmosphere. A king size bed offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 2 guests.

Minimum booking of two nights, this space is an excellent option for a short stay.

Our apartment also features free parking on premises and free street parking, making it easy for you to bring your own vehicle or rent one during your stay.

The outdoor area is equipped with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in the fresh air.

Additionally, the space offers a variety of amenities that make it easy for guests to feel at home.

Our area is made up of several Beach communities, including Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Ponte Vedra Beach.

The area is one continuous strip along the coast, and there are a ton of area restaurants and bars and beautiful white sand beaches to explore.

The immediate Jacksonville Beach area can be enjoyed by bicycle, but parking is readily available as well, so you will have no problem getting around by car if you want to explore the other nearby towns.

Our area is not a heavy user of public transportation. We recommend you plan to get around by car.

We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal. Please note the pet rules below:

Pet Rules
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms.
- Pets must not be left alone in the home unless securely crated.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and remove any excessive pet hair to the best of their ability before check-out.
- Please ensure pets’ paws are clean before entering the house
- Do not use household towels, linens, or bedding for pets.
- Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
 
(Note that any pet-related damage, including chewing, scratching, stains, or extra cleaning, will result in an additional charge.)

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.

We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:

Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F

**IMPORTANT**Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You’re welcome to smoke OUTSIDE in designated outdoor areas, as long as cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not left on the ground or anywhere on the property. If we find cigarette butts or any evidence of smoking (such as ash on surfaces, empty packs, etc.) left behind, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied on top of the standard cleaning fee.
