Excellent spot

Location is perfect! Loved that it was so close to the beach! Checking in was a little confusing but the owner was readily available with help. The space was perfect for my family of 4. One downside-which I know is out of the owner’s control were the guests from upstairs. You could here them walking loudly, again, not the owner’s fault but it did disrupt our sleep. Other than those two things, we had a lovely time and look forward to returning.

Great location, clean place.

The property was perfect for what we need. We enjoyed the location which was within walking distance to the beach shopping and popular dining spots. The unit was cute clean and had everything we need , I would absolutely return to this location.

Great beach week

Great location for the family to retreat to the beach for a week. Fun patio and all the space we needed for a great week! Host was very easy to work with and communicated back and forth whenever we needed something.

Solid value, great location

Stayed at Theo's property for 4 days for a work/play trip. It had everything we needed. Being on a cross streets was great too - 2 blocks from the ocean, but we didn't get much traffic since most of the cars use the north/south roads. Would stay there again for sure.

What a perfect location

Close to beach, pier, restaurants and bars. Perfect for walking the beach. Parking at the location was always available and the backyard patio was really nice. The unit has a huge kitchen with lots of space.

Beach retreat

This rental is 5 stars! It was clean, stocked and located one small block from the beach and a short distance from the City pier. There are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the St John’s Town Center is only 20-30 minutes away. I will definitely stay here again!

Ok, very simple. Door lock needs attention. You have to push the door just right, not too much and not too little for the lock to work. Difficult if your hands are full!

Just perfect

Location is just perfect. We rented bikes and bee-bopped up and down between Neptune Beach and back. Walking distance to many great places, oh yeah, the beach is just steps out the door. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Nice 2 bedroom condo. Big kitchen. Patio in back with night lights. Handy washer/dryer combo. Close walk to beach and nightlife or breakfast. Marguartaville is right on corner near condo.

My friend & I are ministers from Indiana and needed some peaceful R&R time between our ministry times on the road. This place was perfect! Very quite & peaceful! The property was clean and simple. Comfortable bed. Theo, the manager, emailed us right away to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The location is amazing! Seriously a couple minutes walk to the beach and less than that to the Margaritaville hotel! Bars, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Did not have to drive anywhere. We will be going back for sure!

Could be better

Not comfortable, at least needs one chair with a back on it. If someone wants to lay on the couch, there is no where else for anyone to sit. Also couch was on bricks. No sharp knives in kitchen and what kitchen does not have a toaster? Beds were too soft for me but that’s just my preference.

The location was great, near dining and across the street from the beach. It was clean and had the necessary items for our stay. I would recommend adding some seating in the living area, at least for one, there is only a small sofa and we fit 3 adults on it but it would be nice if there was an additional chair. We only had 3 people but the condo does sleep 4. Also a bench in each bedroom would be nice for sitting or for luggage. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom had a screw loose from the drywall, also the towel holder was loose from the drywall, some drywall anchors would fix these.
