Pool w/slide, low fees, free golf cart, pets welcome. 10 blocks beach-near Mayo.

A unique, centrally located house with endless plants and flowers blooming! Just 10 blocks from the beach and a 3 block walk to a bakery, restaurants, brewery and such. A large bedroom, spacious bathroom and extras to make your sure stay is a memorable one. The pool, slide and pavilion with comfy couches can be used privately anytime. Plenty of shady places to chill in the back yard or grab a tan in the sun! A grille and yard/pool toys as well. Every amenity that you may need including a stocked Kuerig of 12 coffee types. Single sleepers for guests 3 and 4. Lots of privacy, good times and relaxation to be had and… at the most inexpensive rental total in town!

For guests staying 3+ nights you can use the golf cart free one day for a few hours(more info below). Monthly renters: a few hours free each week. PLEASE look at all the pics/description of the property in and out, to see if this is for you. Most people love it, but no rental is for everyone and we don’t want to disappoint. We feel it is great for 2 people, 3-4 if you have children. 4 adults are welcome if you are looking to save $, but may be tight while inside.

My biggest surprise: how many people chose to never leave the pool area for how relaxing and fun they found it! Also our repeat winter monthly renters!

A constant beach breeze thanks to being by the sports fields and so close to the ocean. Add in the pool’s slide cascading water into the pool and a tranquil afternoon is about to be had. Or grab the basketball for some hoops. Many people also like that 3 of my neighbors are police, so a very safe environment. We also do not charge for extra guests, laundry or other hidden fees other seem to. And the lowest($45) cleaning fee, since I do it myself and appreciate you staying here. You get a pavemented permanent free parking spot in a driveway, not on the road or in a lot. Then only 20 easy steps past blooming plants to your door and backyard oasis. To enter the rental it’s only a 6” step up, so very accessible. 10% off all rentals 28+ days. Only $25 for ALL fury friends if paid on the reservation($35 if late). So, please just remember to 1. add them to the reservation and 2. keep them off the bed/couch. All of these will save you quite a bit of $ to spend around town. Personalized keypad entrance. Got kids? There is also a 8’ enclosed trampoline.

INSIDE: Along with the queen bed there are 2 Cimino 29.5” Sleepers(Wayfair) that double as a couch/ottoman. This is where guests 3 and 4 would sleep. All bedding/pillows included. Comfy and interchangeable. An AC-heater window unit to keep the room at your perfect temp. It is also very quiet at just 55db. The bathroom has a large counter/mirror and lots of storage. Stand alone shower and large soaking tub, shampoo/conditioner/soap included. Plug-ins keep the area smelling fresh.

There is a large fridge, microwave, air fryer-pizza oven and Keurig machine(coffee pods included). There also is a 2 burner stovetop if you choose to cook. 4 wine glasses. There is also an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Even a back massager after a long day.

The bedroom has a large ceiling fan and there is also a standing fan in the closet to adjust to your comfort level. The queen size bed is extremely comfortable with 4 cozy pillows, the softest of sheets and 4 blankets to choose from. 2 very comfy sleeping spots for guests 3 and 4. A 6’ mirror by the window is convenient for makeup and getting ready for the night out. Seven foot high windows, with shutter style blinds beautifully and easily adjust the very well lit area. After the sun sets gently thru the trees and bedroom blinds, 3 auto night lights make moving around the area simple. Also handy for when entering the rental at night, you can see very easily with all the lights off. 2 “touch” reading lamps are on each side of the bed, each with 3 brightness settings to not bother others sleeping. 4 folding tables for computer/eating. The area is also full of plants, often blooming. A washer/dryer are in the garage if needed also for those sandy clothes or drying water logged towels, just inquire. So simply a beautiful, safe and relaxed feeling while inside with thoughtful touches around. We are so proud of it and we think it would make your trip to Jax Beach even more memorable!

OUTSIDE: There is a pool with a slide, plenty of seating, clean grill and Edison lights at night. Lots blooming flowers border the the front and back yard. A 16’x8’ pavilion, with a constant breeze, is right outside your door for all seasons/weather with 5 seats. A hammock to also to relax on! 2 plastic patio loungers and 2 metal chairs as well. So plenty of comfy seating of all sorts and weather conditions. There are also yard games to play like ladder golf, bocce and lawn jarts. A basketball hoop on the road and another in the pool. At night there are 4 solar lights on the sides/backyard of the house for safety. The rental also controls 2 pool side patio lights, one on each side of the keypad door. So if it is dark outside the back yard is always lit up. Ease, comfort and safety all night long. In the colder months we have a chiminea out back, stocked with wood for you to use. The back yard is also fenced for dogs/children and is grassy. A small cabin is in the back for kids as well. It is not visible directly from the rental, but around the corner. The keypad lock also lights up when pressed, no key needed. If you are old school and feel more comfortable with a key, please inquire.

We live on the property as well, but between school, working and camping we are gone a lot of the time. We do share a 20’ fully soundproofed wall so never hear each other(like a condo). You will seldom see us and if so, you will notice us giving you your complete privacy at all times.

*4pm check-in helps me with school pick up/cleaning the rental, but can usually be moved up. Same with 11am checkout, is usually lenient if we can! Just inquire. We would rather you sleep in or enjoy the pool before departing…

While on the bed you can see the pool slide, front yard and a Netflix movie all at once. Kids: playing you: relaxing, worry free! We have 2-3 bikes and backpack beach chairs available upon request, no charge. Styrofoam cooler for beach. Pool/beach towels and koozies are always available. A set of Taylor Made golf clubs and new balls as well to use for a round. Jax Golf & Country Club is only 4.5 miles away.

***** We also do have a street legal GOLF CART that can be rented out as well!!! Take it to the beach, dinner or to see the area in such a fun way for the day. 2 comfy seats up front, 2 in the back for kiddos, but adults definitely fit instead. 2 back seat belts. Covered in festive stickers from our travels. Rent the VRBO for 3+ days and you can use the cart for free for a few hours. Monthly renters can use it once weekly for free for a few hours. $100/day or $50 for 3 hours after that. Much cheaper than the $245 + 7.5% local rentals charge. Just inquire.

Know you want the pool all to yourselves for the whole day or few specific hours? Not a problem at all, just let me know the times. We will never be around the pool area if you’re using it anyway, but nice for your privacy and planning. Having a pool for 12 years we tend to rarely use it.

!!!LOCALS!!! rent if for company coming in town(or even a kids bday). Esp if you don’t have a pool. Get them out of your hair every night, into a clean, chill and safe place that has a pool you can use with them!!

-or- Rent this property along with a larger one(a few are in walking distance). Nobody needs to sleep on the old couch everyone just sat on all night. Cheap nightly rental to split and pool to use for all.

Safe Neighborhood - Jax Police Sheriff lives directly across the street in case of emergency, but no jurisdiction to impede your fun. There is an outside outlet by your door for chargers, cooking outside. Very comfy outside furniture that is lightweight(5lbs) to easily move around for your sun/shade/yard preference.

Our interaction is solely based on your preference. You won’t see or hear much of me while you are here. Either way, much less than a hotel of constant foot traffic and noise. I feel you deserve the P&Q you paid for and deserve. But, if you feel more comfortable meeting me, please let me know. Check in-out could not be quicker or easier also, any time of day, no interaction needed. All you will need is the personalized 4 digit door keypad code that you receive on the day of check in.
