This is a bottom unit that is apart of a quadplex. You will have guests living above you and may be able to hear light footsteps during your stay. The upper flooring is cork padded flooring so it is rather quiet but you will be able to hear footsteps from time to time.

There is a key code to enter the unit.

I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk.

Driving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles.

You can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).

The unit is a downstairs unit in a quadplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.
