Welcome to North of Six: Unit B — a renovated 2-bedroom retreat three blocks from the ocean in Jacksonville Beach. Beach towels and chairs are included so you can walk out the door and go.

The unit sleeps 4 across two queen beds, each in its own bedroom. The shared full bathroom is centrally located between the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in — think Keurig with coffee pods, a Nutri-bullet blender, pantry staples like salt, pepper, and olive oil, and all the dishes and cookware you need. A washer with detergent is on-site, which matters when you're rinsing sandy gear every day. A pack-and-play is available on request for families with infants.

The backyard is a quiet spot for evening meals — fire up the grill and eat outside after a day at the water. 1 Gbps WiFi keeps everyone connected. Keyless entry through the guest portal means no key pickup or coordination on arrival day.

Salt Life Food Shack is a 4-minute walk for fresh seafood with a surf-bar vibe. O-Ku Sushi is 5 minutes on foot if you want rooftop views by the pier. For a low-key pizza night, Mellow Mushroom is also a 5-minute walk. The Jacksonville Beach Pier — great for summer evening strolls or fishing — is 7 minutes on foot. Free street parking is available right along the property.

One thing to know before you book: this is a ground-floor unit with a second residence directly above. You may hear footsteps from upstairs neighbors. Light sleepers should keep this in mind. Keyless entry is handled through the guest portal — no physical key exchange needed. The unit comes stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, sound machines, and beach towels.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
