This home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floor plan living area, which is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The large sunroom at the back of the house with retractable doors overlooks the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico - an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and to relax and watch the sunset at night!

As soon as you open the front door, you'll be able to see all the way to the beach! The living room area offers ample seating with a corner sectional (with pullout couch) and two comfy arm chairs. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with seating for six. The large island/breakfast bar, with seating for six, flows nicely right into the kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's dream with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space. Just off the of main living space is the first bedroom. This bedroom has a king bed with luxury linens and an ensuite bathroom. Through a set of barn doors, a spacious sunroom overlooking the pool and gulf is attached. The sunroom has a large sectional couch with pull-out sofa bed, as well as a small kitchenette. The second bedroom is located at the back of the house with a view of the beach. This room also has a king bed and bathroom across the hall. Sliding doors open from the bedroom to the large indoor/outdoor sunroom. Just beyond the sunroom is a large saltwater pool with hot tub and plenty of space for the ultimate beach day! Pool can be heated upon request for a small daily fee.

The bungalow is located on the main road in Indian Rocks Beach, so you'll be within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, and shops!
