This spacious two-story home features an open-concept layout in the living, dining, and kitchen areas, perfectly suited for modern living. The living room offers generous seating with a spacious 6-seat sectional with lounger, and two additional side chairs. The fully equipped kitchen showcases sleek stainless-steel appliances and all the utensils you'll need to prepare and entertain during your stay. The dining table accommodates up to 6 guests, with an additional 7 seats available at the kitchen bar, creating a relaxed gathering space.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation:
Master Bedroom - (Upper level) Enjoy scenic views of the water and beach from the master bedroom, which is furnished with a King bed, dresser, two nightstands, two reading lamps, a chair, floor fan, blackout curtains, television, extra pillows/blankets, a laundry basket, and hangers. The attached bathroom boasts double sinks and a generously sized walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom - (Upper level): Provides a Queen bed, dresser, two nightstands, two lamps, a chair, floor fan, blinds, television, extra pillows/blankets, air mattresses, hangers, and a laundry basket. A semi-private bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, featuring a shower/tub combination.

Guest Bedroom 2 (Lower level): Presents a Full bed with reading lamp, hangers, and a semi-private half bathroom.

We supply fresh and well-maintained linens, bath towels, toilet tissue, bath/hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner—everything you need for a hassle-free stay. Enjoy added conveniences such as a washer and dryer, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and hand soap.

We've considered families with children, providing dinnerware, plastic sippy cups, silverware, a highchair, stroller, portable crib, sun cover, swim vest, sand toys, indoor toys, books, and outlet covers.

For your convenience, we supply all your beach essentials, including beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, coolers, beach bags, beach towels, sports balls, beach toys, and more.

Parking is a breeze, with space for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, with additional public parking available on the side street. There is no elevator.

Our HOA has installed a Ring Camera System with audio and video recording capabilities beneath the entire building to include the parking and front patio areas. These cameras are actively monitored for enhanced security and safety. Additionally, Ring Door Alarms with audio and video recording features are positioned at both the front and rear entrances of the unit.
