Dieses Luxushaus am Golf befindet sich direkt am Indian Rocks Beach und in "The Narrows", einer einzigartigen Gegend am südlichen Ende des Indian Rocks Beach, in der Eigentümer und Urlauber einen direkten Blick auf den Strand, den Golf von Mexiko sowie Great genießen Blick auf die Intracoastal Waterway!

Dieses wundervolle Haus bietet 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad sowie ein Medienzimmer, das ein Queensize-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste bietet. Es gibt 4 Vollbäder und 2 1/2 Bäder. Auf der Hauptwohnebene finden Sie ein Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer, ein Medienzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, eine riesige Küche mit Gasherd, einen Essbereich für 10 Personen, ein Familienzimmer und einen Strandbalkon mit Blick auf den Strand und den Pool. Auf der 3. Etage gibt es 3 zusätzliche Master Suite, die einen direkten Blick auf den Strand und den Golf bietet. Das Master-Bad bietet eine begehbare Dusche, eine Badewanne, seinen und ihren Eitelkeiten, einen Balkon und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf die Intracoastal-Wasserstraße. Eines ist das "Kinderzimmer" mit zwei Etagenbetten, beide mit einem Doppelbett in der oberen Etage und der unteren Etage ist in voller Größe. Insgesamt bietet dieses Zimmer Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das andere Schlafzimmer (4. Schlafzimmer) bietet ein Queensize-Bett.

Fantastic home right on the beach!

Everything about the house was amazing and as advertised! We stayed with our kids and grandkids (ages 3-9) and everyone agreed it was our best vacation ever! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach in our backyard. The grandkids had so much to do at the house that the adults felt rested and refreshed after the vacation - which never happens! We rarely left the property because we had everything we needed. The property management company was delightful to work with and very responsive!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of five and a family of six share this rental for a week and we could not have enjoyed it more. We highly recommend everything about this place. The house was well stocked in everything we needed and had plenty of space for all 11 of us. We spent mornings at the beach, which was easy with a bathroom just inside the house. We spent afternoons at the pool when the beach got too hot. Evenings and mornings were spent relaxing on the balconies with coffee/tea in hand while the kids chilled out in the theater room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed to make a decent meal. It was very clean and easy for us to clean ourselves mid-week. Instructions were clear on everything we needed to control and we felt safe and fully relaxed. The ONLY downsides were the limited space between neighbors, we could smell their cigarette smoke while sitting at the pool and the driveway was very hard to navigate with a van and a larger/longer SUV. We managed but it was a tight squeeze. Minor inconveniences for a beautiful week spent on one of the best beaches in the USA.

The Perfect Beach House

We stayed last week and couldn’t have been happier with the layout, location, amenities of the house. We flew in for the trip, which isn’t always easy for a beach vacay, but the owner had towels, toys, floats, boogie boards, a few styrofoam coolers. Literally everything. Plenty of TVs, plenty of bathrooms, with sufficient towels. Balconies were on every floor, and the actual walk to the beach was the shortest we have ever had. Pool patio and deck was awesome.If you stay, recycle as much as you can as there are 2 recycle bins and only 1 trash bin, and they accept a lot of materials for recycling. The location is walkable as advertised. The house elevator was great for our senior guests, and also made packing/unpacking a breeze.Honestly don’t think we would change anything. Loved it.

Beautiful Gulf views and amazing proxinity

We splurged on this gulf-front house and really enjoyed our stay with our grown kids and one grandchild. Wonderful pool and hot tub patio right outside and the beach and water just a few steps away. Fantastic views from the living room and primary bedroom. Nice open kitchen. Ample supplies of soap, t.p., paper towels. Nice Keurig and a regular coffee maker and fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. Lots of books at the house for adults and children. We enjoyed Keegan’s and Guppy’s and one special dinner at Villa Galace. Also Pipo & Betty’s coffee shop and bakery

Spring break with friends!

We absolutely LOVED this home on the Gulf! Our group had two families; one with 4 adults and 1 teen and the other with 2 adults, a teen and a young child. This home slept all of our group perfectly with beds to spare! We enjoyed the pool when the sun felt too hot on the beach and the beach…wow.. just footsteps from our backyard and absolutely gorgeous. The sunsets were worth every penny we paid for this home. The town had plenty to do and even plenty to walk to from the house. The only thing we would change if we could was the crazy driveway situation. We had to be pretty strategic to get in and out with two cars in our party. We would highly recommend this home and location to anyone!

Coastal Breeze is an absolute gem nestled on the shore of Indian Rocks Beach. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The breathtaking ocean views, colorful sunsets and white sand beach provided a lovely landscape for daily fun and relaxation, not to mention amazing photos. The pool and spa (with retractable awning) offered a nice alternative whenever we wanted a respite from the beach. The house itself was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very spacious, providing ample room for our family. The beach views from the huge windows in the family room downstairs and master bedroom above it were truly amazing! The property management team was helpful and responsive. If we had any concerns, it was the parking, which was a little tricky for our 3 cars, but we made it work. We highly recommend Coastal Breeze and Indian Rocks Beach for your next vacation.

Perfect Family Get-A-Way!

Great house and location for a family vacation! Kitchen well equipped to cook meals at home or grill on the pool-side BBQ. Beds were nice and firm with wonderful linen. Bathroom towels were nice and fluffy!! Garage had beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Beach/pool towels were also a bonus to not have to bring your own. Our only negative was upon our arrival the pool was EXTREMELY dirty and water cloudy.... we thought the pool man might be coming but he never showed up on Saturday. The rental manager's office was closed on Sunday but when we called Monday morning they said someone would be out that day. By Wednesday the pool was clean and perfectly clear. Would definitely book a stay at this house again!!!

This is a magnificent property that is well maintained and is exactly as described/shown in pictures! The house has all the amenities and comforts of home. The set up of the house itself is spectacular from the beds/baths, dual laundry upstairs and down, a kitchen/bath accessible from the pool area, an elevator to haul luggage and supplies. The pool/hot tub and beach access are incredible!!! The location is ideal - walkable around Indian Rocks, close to a Publix/Walmart for supplies, short drive to attractions in John's Pass and Clear Water. Our stay included 9 family members with ages ranging from 5 to 70. Everyone had an incredible time and were blown away! We will definitely book this property again for our next vacation in this area.The only 2 cons of the property are the precarious driveway and the fact that it takes up to 30 days to receive the 1k damage deposit refund. The driveway is nerve wracking! We almost went to the properties next door to ask if we could rent a parking spot for the week to avoid the driveway. It is too bad the property management company can't work out a deal with a neighboring property. 7-10 days for a damage deposit refund seems standard and appropriate. Today is day 25 post trip and there is still no sign of my 1k refund although I was assured it is coming.....
