Very nice beachhouse, kind landlords and nice location

We spend our vacations here as a family of four for two weeks. The booking process is very good organized and the owners are easily contactable with a quick reaction time. The house is like it is described here and even better. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, the modern household appliances, the big TV with a video collection and the good beds. The house was very clean, in good condition and very lovely decorated and arranged. It is spacious and absolutely fine for 4 to 6 people. The location is fenced and secured with a locked gate and doors. It is no problem to let the kids play around. The beach is only some footsteps away and you and your kids can enjoy the large variety of beach equipment which is provided. There were umbrellas, sun-lounges, chairs, a surfboard, body boards and a lot of beach toys available. Very nice, never seen before a rented house with this! You have a outside shower close to the beach, so that you can get rid of the saltwater without entering the house. During the stay, the owners are also very good contacable and helpful in case of questions. Especially when hurricane Michael was passing the gulf coast, they helped with informations and gave tips what to do. Thankfully nothing happened despite some winds and big waves for two days. Our kids enjoyed the waves with the boards! Indian rocks beach is a very lovely location away from the big trouble and traffic-jam (like Clearwater city). If you are looking for peace and relaxation you are right here. You can reach restaurants, bars, boat rentals, minigolf and some shops by foot within some minutes. Supermarkets and shopping centers are reachable by car also within some minutes. We enjoyed the wide and clean beach (municipal services cleaned it nearly every day) which was even during weekends never crowded. We had often a sundowner at the beach during the fabulous sunsets. A coolbox for the cold drinks is also provided :-) You can reach the attractions in Orlando within a 2 hours ride and even the Kennedy Space center (which was our Favorite) is reachable in less tha 3 hours. It is worth the early start in the day! But also Clearwater and Tampa have some nice attractions (Aquariums, Boat-tours, Shopping). Thanks a lot for the very nice vacations we could spend here! Ocean view spectacular!

What a beautiful property just steps from the ocean. Ocean view from your balcony. Extremely clean and well kept. Appliances all new. Hostess was easy to contact and accommodating. Plenty of good restaurants to walk to or a short Uber. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is everything that is says it is and more. Our family had the most wonderful vacation here. Our kids said it was the best place we have ever stayed. It was peaceful and beautiful. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back again.

IRB location is amazing!

The house, complex and location are amazing! The house is perfect for a family of 4! The storage unit was filled with all the necessary things for the beach, including a cooler! Chairs, toys, umbrellas, you name it, it was in there. The location of being steps to the gulf was phenomenal. While standing on the sandbar in the gulf, I was able to visually see my husband waving at me from the balcony of the unit. House was extremely clean and had all the things needed in the kitchen to have meals in. Leanne, the host, was extremely friendly and responsive!!! I would highly recommend staying here! We will be booking another week.

Amazing Townhouse!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. From the pics and description on the rental listing, we were expecting it to be great but it was amazing. Extremely clean, modern, cozy, comfortable.The kitchen had everything you could possibly need - pots, pans, skillets, utensils, full size fridge with pull out freezer (great for stocking up on ice), tons of dishes, blender, coffee pot and keurig, toaster…loads of storage. Starter items for day 1- salt/pepper, some coffee pods and sugar packs, dish liquid soap, dishwasher soap- the owner thought of everything. Washer/dryer (and some laundry detergent and dryer sheets to get you started). Beach towels (you don’t need to pack those if you’re flying like we did). There was really comfy carpet on the stairs and second floor that we found very cozy. The sheets were really soft. The upstairs loft was cool and had a few board games we enjoyed during the tropical storm. The porch was amazing, perfect view of the sunset. On the bottom level is a huge closet with at least 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach wagon, cooler, beach bag, a huge tote and buckets of sand toys, a bunch of boogie boards, volleyball net, and a grill! All you need is your clothes, your groceries, and your loved ones and you will have a perfect vacation here! We loved it. I’d give it more stars if I could.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this location! The proximity to the pool/ocean/parking was super convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The check-in process was very smooth. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We appreciated the extra beach towels and storage room FULL of everything you could possibly need for the beach (chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, etc). The area was peaceful and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our trip. The only negative, if we were trying to find one, was the downstairs shower didn’t get super warm. But that was it and it didn’t change how we felt about the place at all. Also, if anyone has issues with stairs keep in mind this place does have 2 sets from the front door to main living area and then another 2 sets to the upstairs bedrooms. It was fine for our group, they aren’t super steep and it’s not a crazy amount of steps, but just something to keep in mind for some. Overall, everything was pretty much perfect!! The photos are very accurate and the ocean is JUST as close of a walk as it shows. We also loved the balcony furniture and you can look right down into the pool, it is that close. Highly recommend!! We would 100% return if in the area again. Thanks!

A dream

This property is even better in person. Its a dream. Beautiful sunset veiws. Amazing supplies for the beach and everything you could need in the kitchen They have seriously thought of everything. The beds are really comfortable! I can't say enough good things about this place. We had plans to explore the area but we loved the place so much we just stayed there the whole time. Leanne and Micheal were both so kind and helpful. This is a 10 out of 10. Book it you wont regret it!

Awesome!!!

Where to begin in describing this incredible property? We have stayed in many wonderful VRBOs around the world, and this condo was the best yet! It is obviously professionally decorated - such a calm and beachy vibe, and the cleanest property we have ever seen. I have the privilege of traveling to world-class resorts as part of my job, and this property compared favorably to all the 5-star resorts I've visited. The location just cannot be matched for a relaxing vacation. Less than 100 steps from the door to the sand (I counted!) Everything needed for the beach was provided, including chairs, beach towels, and a great beach wagon to carry everything. There are many terrific restaurants within walking distance (we especially liked The Kooky Coconut and Keegan's Seafood Grille). The check-in process was super-easy, and check-out was equally so. We cannot say enough good things about this property, and definitely plan to return in the future. If you are looking for the best place in Indian Rocks Beach, stop now and book this one!!!

Pleasant and satisfying experience

Very nice property on the beach with a wonderful view of the gulf and a comfortable balcony. Property was very clean, comfortable/y furnished, and well appointed; had everthing we needed for our stay The owner was very easy to work with, responsive and helpful. There are several restaurants within walking distance, which we appreciated. All in all a very an excellent experience.

We really liked Indian Rocks. It is a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The best part was that we were so close to the beach. The property had beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of other beach toys. We really liked having the beach cart to carry it all. This was a wonderful property and we even discussed return trips. The owners had everything ready for us and were available if needed. We highly recommend this property.

Great School Vacation Getaway!

Yet again another beautiful week. This is our third time staying in this townhouse. We love this location for ease of beach access, restaurants, and shopping. The owners have done a great job ensuring all you need is there to make it an easy location for vacation. We live in Florida but have always wanted a vacation home at the beach! We prefer the Florida Gulf Coast because of the atmosphere and great long days with beautiful sunsets! We have thoroughly enjoyed our years of renting our townhouse to people from all over! We have met thru phone, email and in person such wonderful people! Not to mention the great care they have taken of our place! We look forward to meeting many more and providing people with a place where they can create wonderful memories year after year with their family and friends! It truly has been a pleasure!

We have always loved Indian Rocks Beach and have vacationed here often when we found this property it met all our wants...beach right outside our door no roads to cross for our child, heated pool, balcony with beautiful views and walking distance to everything especially the nightly ice cream run! We love the townhouse space of this property compared to the numerous condos we looked at. We instantly fell in love with it and saw the wonderful potential of renovation with it's large bedrooms, separation of living space; you feel like you are in a home not condo. We had rented many beach places that were not kept up to date; our goal when we renovated our property was to have our guests not only love the beach but love where they stayed. We wanted them to leave thinking of when they would be back to stay!
