Sie können Suche beenden - Sie finden die perfekte Villa Sie schon immer gesucht haben! Das Executive Villa ist durchdacht, um einen hohen Standard und wir haben versucht, an alles zu denken was man brauchen könnte und mehr!

Die Südlage Pool mit erweiterten Pool-Deck und Spa ist perfekt für einen frühen Morgen dip, entspannten Nachmittag am Pool Tag oder sogar ein wenig Nachtbaden als Pool, Terrasse und Spa verfügen alle über Beleuchtung. Der Poolbereich ist nicht zu übersehen und hat Aussicht auf die PGA-Golfplatz unterbrochen.

Wir wissen, dass du gehst zu essen "al fresco" so haben wir Essen im Freien Sitzgelegenheiten für 10 Personen, die in einem Florida-Villa sehr ungewöhnlich ist, vorgesehen sind. In all dem: ein Schutzzaun um Ihre Kleinen sicher zu halten, ein großer Ventilator unter der Veranda, um Sie kühl und mit Pool Hitze und Grill zur Verfügung zu halten - was will man mehr brauchen?

Nehmen wir an, können Sie sich im Innenbereich ziehen, werden Sie die Villa geschmackvoll eingerichtet und fehlt nichts finden! Beginnen wir mit dem 5 Schlafzimmer-Start
1. Meister im 1. Stock: TV, California Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Deckenventilator, Bad mit Eckbadewanne.
2. Doppel im 1. Stock: HDTV, Deckenventilator, Uhr.
3. Zweibettzimmer im 1. Stock: HDTV, Deckenventilator, Uhr.
4. Zweibettzimmer im 1. Stock: HDTV, Deckenventilator, Uhr.
5. König im Erdgeschoss: HDTV, Deckenventilator, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, Uhr.

Neben dem Bad gibt es zwei weitere Bäder; ein Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein weiteres Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Auch im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein Büro mit Telefon (kostenlose Inlandsgespräche), wo Sie Ihren Laptop, ohne sie auf der Lehne des Sofas ausgeglichenen oder mit halten Sie es wegstellen zwischen den Anwendungen einrichten zu finden.

Verschieben von unten, werden Sie einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit der folgenden zu finden: -
Haupt-Wohnzimmer: große Sofa mit Chaise Abschnitt, HDTV, DVD, CD, Bücher und Spiele in Hülle und Fülle.
Es gibt eine Essecke, die perfekt für ..... gut ..... Frühstück, das in eine offene Küche führt ist. Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Spüle mit Müllentsorgung, Mixer und alle Teller, Tassen und Gläser werden Sie zum Essen im Freien und im Inneren brauchen: Hier finden Sie alle die üblichen Verdächtigen zu finden. Apropos Essen innen - sollten Sie die Notwendigkeit für formale Essbereich - Sie einer von denen auch im Speiseraum direkt neben der Küche haben.

Neben der formalen Speiseraum haben Sie die zweite Wohnbereich mit bequemen Sofas, HDTV, Wii und PS2 mit Spielen für beide Systeme.

Eingeschränkte von Fluggepäck Geld (Geld Grabber!) ....benötigen, Wäsche zu waschen, während du hier bist .... kein Problem, es gibt einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen.

Last but not least ..... Das Spielzimmer !! Billardtisch, Kicker, Airhockey und Tischtennisplatten. Es gibt einen Golfplatz in der Nähe (ich glaube ... lol) und so haben wir 2 Golfsets zur Verfügung gestellt und für die Vor-Ort-Tennisplätze finden Sie 2 Tennisschläger und Bälle für Ihren Einsatz finden. Das Spielzimmer ist komplett mit Teppichboden ausgelegt und mit einem oszillierenden Ventilator ausgestattet, um Sie kühl zu halten.

Die Villa verfügt über A / C, Wi-Fi, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Badetücher, Hochstuhl, 2 pack n Theaterstücke, Kinder Tore, Sonnenliegen, - wir haben wirklich versucht, an alles zu denken, es gibt sogar eine Mickey-Mouse-Telefon und Nähzeug!

Great Place!!!

Nice house, well equipped, south facing pool with plenty of sunbathing. The only thing that was missing were washcloths, bought 15 and left them there for the next guests.

Great property

House is very clean, spacious and excellent lanai with sunset views. Pool is great, but be forewarned the pool spa is not a hot tub. I would recommend this property especially for families- lots of room and close to everything.

Beautiful Vacation Retreat For Any Family!

For our family vacation, there was a total of 5 of us and this home has PLENTY of room. Everyone had their own room. Spacious kitchen, nice furniture and quiet neighborhood. Will be back next year for sure!

Super property, loads of room for the family and great pool

Just back from a 2 week stay in the property. From my first interaction with the owner I knew it was going to be a good experience. The property is perfect, it has everything you need, even golf clubs in which I used a few times on my stay. The kids were in the pool every morning before breakfast and in the evening time. There is a supermarket, restaurant (Applebee's) and pharmacy beside the resort. I would highly recommend and I am already planning my next stay at this property.

Great stay in a lovely home!

The house was very spacious and we loved having the pool in the backyard. Traveling with younger kids, it was so nice to have so many kid things available right at the house - everything from the high chair, pack n play and stroller to the utensils & dishes, pool toys, books, and fun family games for all ages. Gavin was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had both prior to and during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised there was a Publix less than a mile away, two parks and tennis courts nearby, and Super Target was only 15 mins away. Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful home and location

My wife and I rented this property for ourselves and our three kids. The home is very large and had lots of room, including a great family room, separate dining and living rooms, and a games room in the garage. The pool and sauna was also great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and we felt safe. The home backs on to a golf course so is very private. A big bonus was the Publix grocery store located less than a 2 minute drive away! The owner also included beach chairs, which we really appreciated for a day trip to a local beach.

Amazing House, Pool/Spa!!!

This was the perfect house!! From the warm pool and spa, fully equip kitchen (everything you need and more), comfy beds, tons of bath towels & beach towels. The layout of the house is perfect! It was extremely clean! Communication with the owner was amazing and he was so speedy in repose when we had a question. Such an easy check in process. Beautiful view, private. You get full sun all day! I could keep going. Definitely would book again!!

Great House perfect location for us.

We traveled with our family of 6 and our neighbors family of 3. We had 4 children ages 9-5 and an 18 year old. This was our first visit to Florida and we did Disney 4 of our 7 days and had 1 beach day at Pass-A-Grille. The house was in a great location for everything we wanted to do. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The kids loved their rooms and especially the pool. My only thing was the house was a little stuffy during the day and the one post I read said the downstairs bedroom had a kind size bed but it was actually a double bed.

An absolutely wonderful place

We stayed for 10 days at this location and could not be anymore impressed from the moment we stepped through the door till sadly the day we left. Every room was clean and spacious with all amenities you needed. Our children loved the games room and spent the several rest days in amongst Disney resort days continuously in the pool. The property is situated near to all the resorts and there is a very good supermarket about 1 minutes drive away. We have stayed at Highlands reserve before several years ago, which was very close to this location but enjoyed our stay so much more this time around. If you are looking for a place to stay in striking distance to disney and with comfort for all the family I think this place is very hard to beat. Hopefully we will be back again, Thanks.

2 weeks of bliss

Traveled into Orlando via the Melbourne Airport, It was good, the people were very friendly and helpful, still a lot of work to be completed in the airport, once that is completed it will be fine, a straight road into the villa took about 1hr 40mins no issues. Once we arrived at the villa it was just as we remembered, great location on the golf course although it was not looking it's best, some of the fairways and greens could be doing with a bit of TLC. Pool was clean as was the rest of the house. All dishes, cutlery and towels were in place and clean. Overall a very professionally run villa, I would recommend it to anyone that needs the space and the relaxed atmosphere. Well done to all concerned.

We were a family of 10 staying for 2 weeks. Everything was on point. Communication with wonder and Villa management company were excellent, responded quickly and well with our requests/questions. This will be my go to house for next family vacation in Orlando.

Beautiful home

We stayed in this house for three weeks while our house was being renovated. It was a perfect get away from the cold weather! The house is big with a great set up for remote learning and working. The bedrooms are spacious and all the carpets had just been cleaned. The pool was a hit, we all spent a lot of time in it! Close to Publix and restaurants with a 20ish minute drive to WDW property. Happy to have discovered Davenport. Gavin was very easy to communicate with! Thanks for our stay!

Misled by spa/hot tub

Negative first: It should be readily evident in the property listing that "The spa is not a hot tub. Typically the spa will only be the same temperature as the pool but with the addition of bubbles.[in the book]" I never considered the possibility that a spa would not be heated to the 100+° temp having stayed at several other properties in the area. Unfortunate for us, the heated outdoor hot tub/spa is at the top of our list when searching. Positives: The property itself and the outdoor patio/pool area is laid out nicely. The house is roomy and the furniture clean and comfortable. The game room kept the kids occupied.

Gavins house was clean suited us well. The house layout was perfect. Great pool and excellent communication.

Fabulous Getaway

We moved our family to Florida for two weeks and picked this property as our home away from home. There was plenty of room to set up four offices for work and school and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We highly recommend the home and would definitely stay again!

The private pool and the neighborhood were wonderful—-

BUT—- the house was lacking. We were initially pleased with the appearance of the home. Further inspection revealed filthy baseboards throughout, dirty and uncomfortable furniture, broken kitchen appliances. Outside the pool deck was very dirty. Clearly the cleaning crew only cleans the major areas. The guests renting after us can thank US for the clean house. The management company was wonderful! They replaced the dishwasher and helped us with a few other things.

Home from home

We have just finished a 2 week break in this lovely villa, plenty of room to move around, lovely pool and pool area, overlooking the golf course, everything you require is provided, just bring you own food etc, even had 2 sets of golf clubs which were used as often as possible. I would highly recommend this villa for location, style and equipment. I would certainly come back again, if we visit Florida again. Thanks for letting the house to us. A very happy Howe family

Een hele fijne woning in een mooie omgeving en mooi uitzicht op de golfbaan.

Minder te spreken over het opvolgen van gerapporteerde deficincies/gebreken aan het management kantoor. Bestelde BBQ niet aanwezig bij aankomst 28/4. Na telefonisch contact en betaling geleverd op 02/5 zonder een drip pan. Air hockey spel voor de kinderen helaas niet gewerkt. Jammer. Mieren uit het stop contact in de keuken. Zelf af ge taped. Bordes van het zwembad niet schoon. Zelf schoon gespoten met de aanwezige slang. Foto's aanwezig. Wij hebben echter een hele fijne tijd gehad in deze mooie woning en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Met vriendelijke groet.

Great place in great location!

We had a great time staying here. There was lots of space for our kids to play, and enough things around the house to keep us entertained for the duration of time we stayed at the house. We had very few things come up that weren’t a big problem or anything — just unexpected (for example, no Blu-Ray player). We would definitely stay at this place again in the future.
