Das Hotel liegt auf der schönen Golfplatz von Highlands Reserve, diese Luxus-Villa verfügt über zwei Kingsize-Master-Suiten und zwei Doppelzimmer. Ideal für zwei Familien, ob auf einem Familiengolfurlaub oder Disney Pause zu teilen. Dieses gemütlich eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Villa hat einen privaten Westen Erhaltung Aussicht von der Terrasse, Pool und Spa mit Blick auf Gewährung ununterbrochenen und ruhigen Blick auf Wald. Es gibt eine schattige Terrasse Ess- / Ruhebereich.

F�������r Ihren Komfort und Genuss haben wir ein 55-Zoll-Samsung LED-TV und luxuriösen Ledersofas im Wohnzimmer, PS3-Spielekonsole mit zwei Controllern und Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern mit 250 Kabelkanälen enthalten. Es gibt eine zentrale Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren in allen Schlafzimmern. Eine voll ausgestattete klimatisierte Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis, Billard und Darts zur Verfügung gestellt. Kostenlose 50 MB W-LAN ist im ganzen Haus und Pool-Bereich zur Verfügung. Es ist ein überwachter Alarmsystem.

Vor Ort einen großen Supermarkt und Restaurants innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu finden. Die Villa befindet sich weniger als 20 Minuten von Disney über die 429 Mautstraße.

House was as presented in the pics. Very clean, no unexpected problems, and quiet area. Have stayed in this area at least 10 years and found some new favorite restaurants! Management company answered all our questions, however, only via email but always quickly. Would stay again.

House was very clean. Lots of room and the kitchen was well stocked with things for cooking. Location was excellent. Beautiful neighborhood. The only thing was our pool wouldn’t heat but the management company said they would refund us. Great experience we would book again.

Lovely property nicely decorated and well maintained in a lovely location. We had a thoroughly enjoyable quiet stay. The house had everything we needed and the management company were excellent in fixing the pool heater when they noticed it broken before our arrival. It was super warm once fixed. So glad we have booked to stay here again for a trip in May. My only tiny issue was a lack of decent size pool towels.

Genuinely Lovely

My family and I had the best time during our spring break vacation! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The hot tub and pool situation was amazing! We enjoyed both several times a day during the length of our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. We will visit again!

Perfect

Awesome location to the parks using back roads, down the street from restaurants, grocery store and drug store. Hot tub used EVERY night after long days at parks. Pool table and ping pong table were fun activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property

The property was great, rooms and pool were just what we needed. The pool and hot tub made our stay special. The only thing I was uncomfortable about was the lack of recycling. We had a lot of cans, bottles and cardboard and it was very difficult to put these items in the garbage. Other than that, our stay was spectacular!

Property was very clean and the management company were very helpful. The repairs to the pool screen were promptly done after the hurricane had passed. Overall we were very satisfied with the house.

Great location

My sister and I stayed here for her 30th birthday. She wanted to go to the Disney parks and this house was perfect. It's only a short 20-25min. ride to the parks with not to much traffic either. We did have an issue checking in when we first got there. The code that was provided didn't work but management was quick and efficient with fixing the issuse. Also the pictures do not do this place justice. It's a perfect house in a quiet neighborhood. We will be back. Thank you again for allowing us to stay.

Lovely stay at Highlands Reserve Golf Community

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was clean and well maintained. We received the wrong check-in information but were able to get customer service on the phone right away to fix the issue. The home is built on a golf course. There were hedges/privacy screens surrounding the sides (neighbors) of the pool area. Pool area was clean and while some critters (grasshopper/toads) decided to joined us, our kids had a lot of fun with the pool area. Beds are comfortable, especially the master bedroom. Master bathroom is connected to the pool area, which is a plus. We appreciated the extra trash bags and cleaning supplies, we have been in other homes where those items haven’t been provided. We would definitely stay again.

Three Week Break

We spent most nights at the villa and toured elsewhere for few days. Excellent location. We have stayed at various villas on Highland Reserve over the years and the location of this one suits us perfectly. No other villa overlooks the pool area making it very secluded. The sun comes around the pool area for the majority of the day and the sunsets are clear from the pool area. Great way to relax at the end of the day. Good size for families and all of the facilities were fine. Everything works, good comfortable main bed and the en suite was ideal. We only used the main bedroom, kitchen/lounge and pool area and those were all good. My only negative observation would be that whilst the property was comfortable, functional and practical, the decor and floor coverings are getting a little tired in places. This in no way detracted from our enjoyment of the house and we would happily return in the future, with our grandchildren next time.

Beautiful Property

Everything was wonderful apart from the biggest amenity not functioning. The hot tub was not functional upon a friday evening arrival. Even after a repair was made within the next couple days, it was on some sort of timer that didnt allow us to utilize it after about 8pm, I think, which meant after a LONG day of visiting amusement parks every day, we could not soak our sore bodies in the hot tub for relief. This was highly disappointing. Other than that, the place was pretty clean and a beautiful property (the cleaners did not start the dishwasher before our visit as the previous occupants did not start it either, so there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher). All in all it was a great stay.

Network access

Overall the home was very clean if not a little worn. We had issues with check-in as the door codes were not valid. Luckily we arrived before 4pm as the company advertises that they close after that and you are on your own. The rental company had to try 3 different codes for us to gain access. The house was exactly as described/pictured on the website and location was perfect for 4 guys on a golf trip. A major issue for four 50+ guys was that the house advertised extended TV channels. We are hockey and NBA fans and it was playoff time. The cable service had not been renewed and we were left with only basic channels which did not include any sports channels. We contacted the rental company and were informed that if the cable service had lapsed that was an owners decision and they would reach out to the owners and ask. Never heard back from them.

Lovely Clean Home

We enjoyed our stay to this home and will be back again. This home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool and hot tub were great and the water temp was perfect. We all enjoyed the game room as well. It was also close to stores and restaurants which was perfect!

Wonderful Vacation Property

We just came back from an 8 night stay at this property. The house is absolutely perfect! Very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Will definitely be back!!! Thanks for the use of your beautiful home.
