Welcome to the LEGEND

This spacious 5-bedroom villa features: 1 Master bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the pool. Second Master bedroom with king bed and direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. The fourth bathroom is located in between the two twin rooms. All bedrooms have LED TVs.

Highchair, strollers, and pack n play are also provided in villa.

Enjoy the screened in private pool and spa, spacious covered lanai with lounges, table, chair and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65-inch LED TV.

There is a breakfast bar, kitchen nook and formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a full-size top of the line washer and dryer. There is an awesome billiards/game room. Linens and towels are provided. Cable and wireless internet are included.

Nearby Attractions: Animal Kingdom (5-6 minutes away), Holly wood studios, magic kingdom, Epcot, Typhon Lagoon, Blizzard beach, Downtown Disney featuring Cirque du Soleil within 5 miles. Universal studio, Islands of adventure, Harry potter and City walk all 20 minuets away. Sea World, Aquatica, Discover cove all 15 minuets away. Mystic doons golf course 1 mile away. Premium outlet mall 15 minutes away.
24Hour grocery store, pharmacy, medical walk in clinic, Walmart, target, many new restaurant’s, shopping and mini golf all within 1-2 miles of the villa.

The villa has been updated and professionally decorated. You will be treated to fresh linens in all bedrooms and new furniture throughout the villa. The fun filled game room will keep you occupied for hours. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded with new granite counter tops, sinks, faucets and stainless-steel appliances. You can fill your water bottles with cold filtered water from the fridge. Your stay at the legend will be legendary.

Five Stars – A Fantastic Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Located in a quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect retreat after busy days at the parks. One of our favorite features was the screened-in outdoor area—it was the ideal spot to relax in the evenings. We also loved taking a refreshing swim in the pool, which was a real treat after long, active days.The house itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well laid out. It was spacious throughout, and the large, quiet bedrooms made for a restful night’s sleep. The beds were very comfortable!Jessie was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Orlando, we would absolutely love to stay here again. This is an outstanding property, and we highly recommend it!

Relaxing and Fun!

My family and cousin’s family (4 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 8-12) had a wonderful stay here. The home was in a quiet neighborhood not too far from restaurants/ shopping or Disney and other parks. The home was very clean, the layout was nice, and the kids loved the game room and pool. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after long days walking around. We enjoyed our stay here and were just sorry we had to leave! Would definitely recommend!

The house was perfect for our getaway weekend. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub to come home to. The were comfortable and met all our needs. So much nicer then staying in a hotel.

Everything was as pictured. Everything was super clean!!!!! The host was great, very attentive. We did want to check in 30 minutes early , but host said check in is at 3:55, which is fair, but come on, really? That’s the only semi minor thing we had, but it was on agreement. Only writing that, for awareness.

Great place for a group to stay in Orlando. Ad states there is a grill but there is not. Someone was at property un-announced (presumably to work on the pool) but we found it quite disturbing to come back the final night and almost fall into the pool because the net and hose were left on the patio. The dishwasher sounds like it is short for this world. Overall a good experience.

This property is super close to Disney and was very clean. It had a nice spacious layout with plenty of room for our party of 9. The pool and hot tub were great! Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We had a great time!

This is a fantastic property for a family Disney vacation! We have stayed at many VRBO's and this was by far the best maintained, decorated and immaculately cleaned house of them all!! All of the furnishings, appliances and equipment were in great shape and worked really well! It took us less than 10 minutes to drive to the parks each day! Super convenient!Jessie the property manager was incredibly responsive to all of our questions as we planned our trip and throughout our stay! The check-in and checkout process was really easy!We will definitely stay at this property again and recommend it highly to our friends!

My BFF and I were in town for a concert. We were attracted to this house because of the overall layout, the decor and the outdoor space. It did not disappoint! The home was beautiful, well kept and full of amenities. We would definitely stay again.
