Very convenient location for nightlight and restaurants. Host is friendly and a good communicator. No windows in beautiful common area. A/C only in common area. Bedrooms have fans but can get quite hot during the summer months. Although area is safe, there are homeless people on the corner near the apartment. Over all pleased.

Before your arrival, the apartment had been thoroughly cooled and was very comfortable. As described in the listing, the air conditioning is located in the living area, while both bedrooms are equipped with fans. In a historic building like ours, keeping the windows closed during the hottest hours of the day helps maintain a cool indoor temperature. The apartment is located on the Port of Nice, one of the city’s most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods, with its many restaurants, cafés, and lively atmosphere. While, as in many city centers, you may occasionally encounter homeless people in public areas, the neighborhood is considered safe and is highly appreciated by visitors. Christine was an excellent host. She worked with us on our arrival time and she greeted us in person to show us around. She was very responsive to my many emails. The apartment is in an excellent location and it is air conditioned and smelled so clean. We were able to walk to catch the bus to Villefranche-Sur-Mer and we were able to take the train right back to the airport. We came in on Uber at a cost of 50 euro but we went back on the train for a cost of around 6 euros for 2 people. The train drops you off right in front on the terminal. We walked to all the restaurants we went to and even visited the chocolate shop right across the street three times during our 3-day visit. Thank you so much Christine.

Wonderful flat close to the Old City

My wife and I had a wonderful stay with our two children (1 and 4). It was a beautifully kept flat, well-appointed, and convenient walking distance to the Old City, beach, and train station. Would highly recommend!

Great time in Nice

The location of the apartment was great for our family, close to restaurants and stores and within walking distance to Old Town. The Host was helpful with recommendations and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. We had two couples with kids and the two beds in each room and pull out couches made it easy for everyone to have space. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make small meals. We really enjoyed and would stay again!

Spacious and comfortable apartment, easy access to Old Nice. Two bedrooms, each of which sleep three comfortably, and 2 pull out couches, plenty of room for our family of five. The apartment had all of the amenities we needed, extra pillows and blankets. Christine was a wonderful hostess, she met us at the apartment on the first day and made sure we knew where everything was and got us checked in. She then sent wonderful and detailed recommendations on activities and dining in the area. Close to public transportation. Great base for the beautiful Riviera !

Lovely apartment and lovely host

We had a fabulous time at French Riviera. Christine’s apartment was perfect for us with its superb location. On top of that, host Christine was gracious and super helpful. Before we arrived she provided me with the tram information and after we arrived she was always quick to answer my questions. Her restaurant recommendations were superb and we tried all on her list —all have excellent food. We will come back to her apartment if we visit Nice again!

Perfect Place

Stayed here from 14-18th June 2024 with my husband, children 9 & 13 & my parents. We travelled to Nice for Iron Man - the spartment was very conveniently located at Port Lympia meaning we could take the tram directly from Nice Airport to within 100metres of the apartment. Apartment was spotless and spacious, albeit a little dark in living area without a window - however, as we were out everyday until evening really this made no difference. Lots of towels, plenty of hot water for showers. A 10minute walk along the port towards the stunning coast, besutiful restaurants, bars - we tried a lit of them & loved each one. Availed of host's recommendations re local boulangerie Nuance & restaurant L'uzine - bith magnifique. Shop one minute walk which meant stocking up on supplies was v easy. Christine was very accommodating on our last day - allowing us a later check out as she had no one arriving that day - overall 100% recommend this apartment & Nice - LoveNice. Sarah, Simon & Family

Nice location, good size

Snug, but comfortable for our group of 8 people. Nice location right by the port and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Clean and well-stock apartment!

Nice appartement in Nice

This appartement is located in a very nice and wonderful place. Everything is near by, beach, habor, old town, museum, shops, restaurants ect. The appartement was nice and clean, and Christine is a very kind host.
