Perfect location and lovely apartment. Very tastefully decorated, great showers and comfy beds. Lots of consideration for guests e.g. teach, coffee, kitchen equipment, umbrellas, shopping bags etc. On third floor but not a chore really. Will definitely stay here again and will return to Nice as it is fantastic.

The apartment is beautiful and ideally located. Though the kitchen space is tiny, it is well equipped. Communication straight forward and prompt. Third floor with steep winding staircase would be an issue, especially with luggage, for older afults or young children. Perfectly suited our needs

This 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous offering additional privacy if needed. Beds were the most comfortable of those we stayed in during our time in Europe. We couldn’t have asked for a better location (if you want to be in Old Town). Only a 5 minute walk to the water and loads of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Note: the apartment is 4 flights up so that was good exercise!

Amazing place at the old Nice

Absolutely loved the place.Well setup, with all the proper equipment, including washer, AC, and even personal supplies and adapter.The owner was responsive and helpful, and the place is located in the center of old city, close to everything.One thing to keep in mind - cars (taxis) don’t go into the old town, so you will have to walk with your luggage for 3-5 minutes.

AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL AREAS, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE OLD TOWN OFFERED SO MUCH MORE ACTIVITY. RUE ROSSETTI IS A QUIET STREET AND CARS ARE STRICTLY CONTROLLED AFTER 11AM EACH DAY. THE AREA IS FILLED WITH SIDEWALK RESTAURANTS AND CAFEES. THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR (NOT ELEVATOR) A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY FROM PLACE ROSSETTI. THIS ELIMINATES MOST OF THE NOISE YOU FIND IN THE BUSIEST PARTS OF THE OLD TOWN. BEING ON THE 3RD FLOOR LETS IN A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT AND THE BENEFIT OF 2 BALCONIES WITH AWNINGS ADD A NICE ATMOSPHERE BOTH DAY AND NIGHT.
