Come relax at our Mid Century Modern country retreat! We are located just minutes from Hwy 101 and downtown, but feels like miles away from civilization. We are in the heart of Central Coast, only 1 mile to Vineyard Dr where wine connoisseurs find the best boutique wineries. Prefer micro breweries? Atascadero has the best. Wanna surf? Only 20 min. to Morro Bay. Got kids? We are minutes from the zoo, water parks and lakes! 10 min. to downtown Paso Robles for fine dining. 20 min. to Cal Poly!
The space
Our home is an Eichler inspired Mid Century ranch, offering fantastic indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the house. Our home is the perfect size for a family gathering or a romantic getaway! Tastefully decorated keeping with Mid Century Modern style with authentic artwork and decor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are split on opposite sides of the house making it a great option for 2 or even 3 couples to share or family vacations. There is a large deck that runs the length of the house with a fire pit, hammock and ample seating. The other side has a yard with games and beautiful flower and herb garden, another patio area and brand new 7 person hot tub!

You will have access to the entire house, large deck on one side of the house and yard with garden on the other side of the house.
Other things to note
Please let us know in advance if you are planning to use the hot tub so it will be heated properly for your stay.

The garage will be locked during your stay. Washer/dryer available by request.

Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking.

A photo ID to verify age at the time of booking is required to finalize your reservation.

Our home is in a rural area with a lot of wildlife. You will often see deer and wild turkeys roaming the streets and our property, squirrels, gophers and lizards around our home. Please do not feed or approach any wildlife. Please keep the gate to the deck closed so deer do not enter the deck during the night.

While we stay on top of pest maintenance, we ask you to expect that bugs may enter the home when doors are left open, get tracked in on shoes and luggage and are part of life in the country. If you have allergies to bees, please be aware there will likely be bees buzzing around. There will not be any refunds or cancellations in regard to normal bugs & wildlife. We appreciate your understanding of this.

We have beautiful 200 year old oak trees surrounding our property, during Autumn they can occasionally drop leaves and acorns and we suggest using the provided umbrellas when sitting in outdoor areas.

Although we have monthly treatment, there may be gopher holes present. Please be aware of this when walking in the Garden and yard, please don’t allow children to run. We are not responsible for injuries on the property.
