We were 4 adults and a 16 month old in town to attend a wedding. We spent 2 nights at the property and it could not have worked out better. The on line pictures were an exact representation of the property. It was immaculate, comfortable and exactly as described. Marti and Kaya responded to our questions immediately. The outdoor space is lovely and was perfect for the toddler to explore. We were originally going to spend our stay at a hotel but this worked out to be the best choice. It was located only about 1 1/2 - 5 miles from anywhere we needed to be. I can highly recommend staying at this property.

We stayed here for one week while my teenage son recovered from surgery. The location was perfect for our needs! My twin teens go to the local high school, so his friends were able to visit while he recovered, and their dad (my ex) was able to drop by during the week. Everyone commented about what a nice house and property this is. All three beds were very comfortable!!! The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. My kids baked cookies, and a cake while we were here. All the way around, great memories, and great stay!!Thank you!!!!

Great house for a family

It is a beautiful house, all furnishings and equipment seems brand new, the master bedroom is really large, and there are two additional bedrooms, all with new beds and bedding. The kitchen is wonderful, we had our Thanksgiving meal there. We also enjoyed playing bocci in the back yard. The owner was very responsive and also sent us a discount for an olive oil testing place which we visited and loved. We highly recommend this place.

Great location, 20 minutes from SLO/MorroBay

We had events in SLO, Morro bay, and Atascadero. It easy on to all higways/freeways. We had everything we needed to easily and comfortably accommodate our group of 6. Lots of nice outdoor seating for visiting. Great kitchen. Nice Bocce

Quite little spot

Our stay was fine, my only suggestion is to put ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms. Her property was updated compared to the rest of the neighborhood. It was very clean and modern inside. I loved the kitchen area.

Sparkling clean and charming

Lovely home, lovely, updated decor. Everything seemed brand new, in perfect condition. Large yard, perfect for outdoor dining. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Paso Robles, less than 5 to downtown Atascadero. Absolute five star property.

We were specifically looking for something in Atascadero to be near family. This was perfect We enjoyed the bocci ball. The kitchen could use more utensils for cooking but we got by.

Great stay near Paso Robles

My family and I recently stayed here for a quick Mother’s Day trip. This house provided the perfect amount of space for the 5 of us. I had reached out to the host a couple separate times prior to our stay, and always received quick responses. We picked the house because of the reasonable price, then drove the 20-30 minutes into Paso Robles for wine tasting. I would definitely recommend this house if you don’t mind that quick drive! The house itself was in great condition! It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our weekend. We took advantage of the bbq, the bocce ball court, the dining table that fit the entire family, and the well-supplied kitchen. We agreed as a group that it was so nice to actually stay at a VRBO where we weren’t having to rummage around to find what we need - There were plenty of towels, enough dishes so that we only had to run the dishwasher on our way out at the end of the trip, a healthy stock of toilet paper and paper towels, and even an assortment of spices and olive oil to use when barbecuing. Closet space was also something to note - It was nice to be able to unpack our suitcases for the weekend with the cubby units and hangers that were provided in each room. Lastly, the house decor was updated and cute! If we had to think of one improvement to be made, it would be to add some outdoor lights in the backyard so that we could’ve continued to enjoy the space after the sun went down.
